My wife and I were looking for a second car for work and we came across an ad for a 2013 BMW X3 from Milani Norman. It was in the colour that we wanted and was fully loaded. Of course we wanted to check it out, so my wife called to see if she could check it out during her lunch break. She called the Coquitlam location and they said the vehicle was at their Langley dealership. But they quickly arranged to have the car transported to Coquitlam so my wife could take a look at lunch. Steve was the salesperson who dealt with us and took us on a test drive. He was friendly and we felt absolutely no pressure to buy. We like to ask lots of questions and are very picky when it comes to any blemishes or imperfections, but Steve was very patient with us and didnt give us any attitude for taking our time to make a decision. When we made the decision to go ahead, the buying process was easy. The vehicle was clean when we picked it up and we drove away happy. We did experience a post-sale issue with the X3 that we didnt notice when we went for a test drive. We contacted Steve to flag the issue with him and told him we werent happy that there was a pre-existing problem with the vehicle. He easily could have brushed us off after making the sale, but Steve maintained his usual friendly attitude in dealing with our problem. After several email exchanges, Steve was able to facilitate a satisfactory settlement for us with his Manager, AJ. In the end, we got the vehicle we wanted and Milani Norman delivered an excellent full service experience for us. Thanks to Steve and the rest of the team at Milani Norman!

I bought a 2007 Lexus Gx470 from Milani & Norman about 2 weeks ago. AJ (General Manager) and Mike Washington (Business Manager) were really pleasant to work with. They were easy to communicate with and really down to earth. Neither of them pressured me into buying anything. They were both really accommodating and went the extra mile to make this a positive experience for me. After having a bad experience with a car salesman at the Langley location, AJ was willing to deal with me personally. He even brought the truck over to the Coquitlam location for me. Mike had all the paperwork ready before I arrived in the late afternoon. The truck was sold to me in good condition. It has been running well. Doesn’t seem to have any mechanical issues. Interior is in good shape. Unfortunately there are numerous cosmetic blemishes and the truck only came with one key. Not a deal breaker though

had a problem with cancellation of insurance as trade in was in wifes name. they held my plates for 5 months while I paid insurance 1000$ car crapped out called them. they couldnt help me back on the road or with the insurance except that they knew yhe whole time j was still paying. sent wife in twice and they couldnt get it done.They told me after I dumped 6 k into my car that it was only worth 3k even though I bought it 5 months prior for more than 10k with all the problems. crooks !I dont trust a word Sat says from the moment he says hello

A swell experience! A very structured, polite, professional and comforting atmosphere. With the addition of positive energy, willing to go the extra mile and most importantly amazing customer service. Definitely not what I was expecting (due to previous visits to other dealerships). I could image the feeling would be somewhat similar to a high-end dealership--like Porsche--Quality.... maybe even better as Ive never been to a Porsche dealership. This place is about quality and respect! Thanks to the whole team.

The experience with Milani Norman has been quite smooth. The car matched the description on Autotrader and was very well maintained. All mechanical inspections reports and car proofs were in place. The documentation fee is by far the lowest (double like!). The sale process was smooth and we also got good pricing. So overall, a great experience. I would like to see more affordable after sales warranty options. But the vehicle itself has been very good so far. Keep up the good work!

Extremely friendly and helpful staff when I was looking for a new car, especially Steve and Mike. They helped me find a great deal on a wonderful car and Ive been in love with it since I drove it off the lot. All the staff was also extremely knowledgeable and helped me with any questions I had both before and after I walked away with my new vehicle. I will definitely be going back when its time to for me to upgrade.

Bad service, force you to buy a car you hated Had no breaks , almost killed me, went under a bee train/truck They knew the car had bad breaks and never told us Never showed us any paper work . Told Us to take it off the BBB or they arent going to help us. Never canceled they loan payments on a car I no longer had. MIKE IS A SNEAKY LITTLE LIAR .

The Milani Norman service and their staff are really nice and helpful. Also, good prices and value on their used cars, but dont expect much for your trade-in. We would still go back for their used cars in the future. PS Check out the film, "FLYWHEEL" for the ideal car dealership concept.......

Danielle was easy to deal and we closed a sale same day. However after a third party safety inspection we do have a brake issue to deal with that puts us out financially. This review would have been 5stars had the safety inspection report by Milani & Norman been accurate.
