My daughter bought a car here a few months ago. Everyone at MSA was very nice, especially Matthew. He even told us if there was a problem with the car in 2-3 weeks he would take care of it. Within a couple days the engine light did come on and I brought the car back where I was told what they thought the problem was. Turns out it was a different problem than first anticipated but Im very happy to report that even though weve now had the car for a few months, Thomas was very professional and we came to an agreement to get the car fixed with one of the mechanics that they deal with locally. I was very pleased with Thomas and his willingness to work with us and I would definitely recommend them to others looking to buy a used car.

Their add said the car had a clean title status; it didnt. Their add said the car was the sport model; it wasnt. They said they had pictures of the crash; the pictures were about 100px by 100px. They told me they had a car report; it was just the ICBC claim. They told me CarProof is not necessary for BC cars because it will have the same information as the ICBC claim (this could be true; Im not sure). They discouraged me from getting the Car Proof stating its price. They apologized for their errors, but the add is still up (if not reposed).

Worst place ever went there to buy a truck and they were hiding rust on it and also did not tell me there were accidents do not go there went back to get my money back totally rude and not good at all with customer service..i went to an actual big dealership to get a more fuel efficient vehicle and they tell me my trucks only worth 5 grand due to the 7 accidents its been in that i was not aware of when i just paid 12 grand for the truck less then 3 months ago and they refuse to give me refund and are extremely rude!!

Absolutely a great place to buy a vehicle! Have bought several from Thomas in past few years. Was NEVER pressured into buying a car and in fact was steered clear from looking at a car that did not meet my needs! When I had an issue with a vehicle I just purchased, it was fixed without complaint or question. Everyone in office very courteous and polite. Can definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good quality used vehicle! Deric
