We arrived to pick up our car with reservations & were told our economy vehicle wasnt available. We were then told we would get a free upgrade to an Altima. After waiting 20 minutes, we were told the Altimas key fob was out of batteries. Three other customers came in after us & got their vehicles with no problems. One of those 3 customers dropped off a Caravan with an expired sticker on the plates. We had no choice but to take it since there were no other cars available. We informed the service agent we needed snow tires & was assured they were. They also offered a 10% discount for the 40 minute wait. So now 6 days later in the snow, the Caravan cant even get out the driveway while cars are whizzing by us. Called Enterprise & no assistance could be offered. After some discussion, Zee, the agent said he would give me the number to road side assistance (would be at our cost) but promptly hung up on me. He did call back to give me the number, maybe because I also asked for his managers name, Farouq. Now we have to go in again on our own time to arrange an exchange. Hope our dealings with Farouk will have a better outcome. Its probably illegal what they are doing so any advice on this matter is appreciated.

Had some really bad experience with Enterprise years and years ago. Needed a car and thought, what the heck. With the new "pick you up service" lets give it a try. They are not the same company from years back. Called around noon to reserve a car for a next day trip to Seattle. I had checked availability online. Had 2 guests from overseas and the Mustang just would not be that comfortable for 4 ppl. Just had a few questions regarding timing etc. Person at the other end kept talking over me when I tried to explain what I want and what time I wanted the car (early morning) and if they had winter tires on their cars (December and snowing) etc. Finally he asked if he could call me back since he had 2 customers he needed to take care of. 5 hours later he calls at 5.30 pm. 30 minutes before closing. Asking if I still wanted the car later today or if I wanted to cancel. I thought he was joking. Already made other reservations with budget car rental. Never ever Enterprise again. At this point over the years I have only had terrible experience with Enterprise across multiple countries and continents. Of all the car rentals its by far the worst company.

Wow wow and wow. This is an outstanding business that all others should take note of. Not only am I one happy customer but they follow business ethics that I thought were long gone. They made sure my rental car was to my satisfaction 1 day after I rented my car. ( Left me a very courteous voice message) I also had the rental longer than anticipated due to circumstances beyond my control. I kept them in the loop and there were absolutely no problems. All staff were excellent with customer service skills and I wish nothing but the best for their business. Needless to say, I highly recommend them.

Once in a while, you get EXCEPTIONAL service and it becomes necessary to make the time to write a review. This was the case when we rented a van in July from this outlet. Ive always appreciated the fact that Enterprise is willing to pick you up, which most other rental agencies dont do. In this case I was blown away by how great Wassim Kheir and his team were. This branch manager man has amazing customer skills, and it shows in the way he deals with his staff and customers. Even though I live a considerable distance away, I will go out of my way to rent from him anytime I have a need.

These guys are a bunch of frauds. I have rented many vehicles from them but my first experience was the worst. I received a car covered in mud from top to bottom which had an awful cigarette smell in it. I took it home and washed it the next day and found a ding in the front bumper. Enterprise rental said it was my fault and want $1200 for the damage. Dont let this company take advantage of you and refuse their dirty cars.

My car broke down in front of this location and two gentlemen from Enterprise helped me push my car into their lot, and allowed me to stay parked there until a tow truck arrived. They were very kind and offered me water and the use of their washroom. If I needed to rent a car I would certainly come here thanks to their kindness and excellent service even to those who arent currently renting a vehicle from their location.

the worst experience ever......loyalty member left without a car and left to walk in the snow to the bus after returning a one week rental that would not be renewed with same credit car used the week before......manager claims it was not acceptable and wouldnt help me with anything not a ride not nothing.....I like enterprise and will use them again but never this location Westwood Coquitlam BC

It has been almost two years since my first rent from this branch. Mr. Ali has given me a very good impression. I have been renting a car almost every other week after. All of stuff, Zee, Farooq, Neivin are friendly and professional. It is highly recommended to along with this branch. The only problem is that sometimes the online rate is different from booking in person.

Bad customer service. When asked if a car could be made available, instead of pro-actively helping out by saying, Give me a moment i could check our other branches. The guy there said You can check out by yourself and see what is available. Helping out a customer and attending to his/her needs is two basic fundamental virtue that the Sales Reps missed.

Had a rental car when my car was getting serviced at GMC. Nelvin was the associate who helped me out. He was great! Everything was fast and smooth and he was a pleasure to talk to when he picked me up and dropped me off. I get a rental car here whenever my vehicle gets serviced and would recommend this place anyone.

I rent a car for 2 weeks for my parents visiting. I choosed this location. Nelvin Kusnadi and Rounak Sardesai helped me. The service was so nice. They give me a very good deal. service was very professional and friendly. I will come back this location if i need another car rental sometimes. Highly recommend.

It was very busy when I went to get my car late Friday afternoon. The Port Coquitlam location is small. The staff, though very busy, we friendly and efficient. Helping multiple customers as different aspects of renting at a small place occurred. Plus, the Hyundai SUV I rented was very nice to drive.

I left my garage opener and sunglasses in the car when I returned my car. One of the staffs, Jim, stayed in reach for me to find them for a week, locating the car from coquitlam, downtown all the way to airport and we found them. Thank you for your services and kind heart. I really appreciated it.

Only used this location once-everything went as planned. Now-I need a car on a sunday-the open hours are cumbersome both on Saturday and Sunday.I need a vehicle for the day Sunday-not 3 days.More to follow..
