I have been to other body shops in the Lower Mainland and every time I dont seem to stick with one because they either BS me, delay, or their workmanship is just pure crap. Had one autobody shop that seems to not have fully fixed my car and they directed me to go to my dealership and "claim it for warranty instead since it will be faster". Coquitlam Express Autobody was a different experience for me when I claimed for my windshield and power mirrors being vandalized. 2 bodyshops declined me prior saying I need to go to ICBC first even though Ive been approved and have a claim number and even said they wont be able to install my factory solar windshield lol... Mike at Coquitlam Express Autobody took me in, took a look at my car and on the first day he already ordered the parts needed in front of me on his computer. He had a rough estimate and within less than 5 days the parts came and a couple of days later all work was done. All parts were from factory and my car came back as if brand new. He even dropped me off to my house (though I live 5 min drive away) because the taxi took so long to arrive. Its unfortunate that my car is prone to accidents and vandalism but at least now I think I have a go-to autobody shop that can provide me the service I want without the extra BS. Thanks Mike!

I originally went to Coquitlam Express after reading all the great reviews and was not disappointed. Mike and his staff were very pleasant and professional and went out of their way to make me happy. Im a perfectionist and a pretty picky guy as I used to work in a body shop years ago and know what to look for. His guys did an outstanding job. The body work and paint colour match was top notch and I honestly cant see where they blended it. I had a couple of minor issues after it was all done and they got right on it and stayed late to finish even though it was just before Christmas. Thanks Mike, you and your guys are the best around and Ill defiantly be returning for some work on my other vehicles. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and all your staff!

Coquitlam Express Auto Body has always gone above and beyond to fix any issue Ive had with my car. I was rear-ended in my brand new 2015 Elantra and when Mike was done I got it back in almost better condition than when I bought it - They are a very busy shop which to me is a good sign as Mike has many repeat customers and many new customers from referrals. I would not trust anyone else with my car like I do Mike because he tells you how it is and doesnt sugar coat issues. He explains why things need to be done a certain way and gets them done right. :) thanks mike!!!

My car had a rough month of front bumper damage ( rebar sticking out of cement) and back bumper damage ( screw impressions/punctures). I was a little skeptical trying a new place, but wanted to see if the reviews about this Autobody shop were true. To make a long story short, this Autobody Shop is DEFINITELY a place worth bringing your vehicle too. Why? 1. Mike provided great customer service and kept me up to date with the status of my car. 2. Flexible scheduling for drop off and pick up. 3. Quality job and great pricing. Thank you Mike & staff for an amazing job!

Terrible customer service. I had made an appointment in person in October 2016 to have a bumper replaced through an ICBC claim and was told I would be called in 1 week when the bumper arrived. I have since called 3-4 times inquiring why I havent been called. I even mentioned that Mike, the person that I spoke to in person said he would call me back each time I called. I also reminded the receptionist each time I called that they forgot to call me back. It is now Feb 2017. I guess they dont want the business.

Mike was absolutely amazing. He replied to my inquiry right away and quoted me half the price of the downtown body shops. At first I was cautious but he let me know he guarantees all his work for a lifetime he is ICBC certified. He provided a courtesy car and kept in touch with me the whole time. When I went to pick up my car it looked as if nothing ever happened. It was also detail cleaned. The staff are lovely and Mike really pulled through for me. Great experience.

Mike and Connie were very friendly and helpful with my car repairs. Parts were not easy to find, but Mike worked very hard to get them and my car came back in better condition than when I originally bought it. Other local body shops (Kirmac and Marks Autobody) didnt want to repair my car; tried to tell me it was a write off, so dont waste your time at OTHER SHOPS. Would recommend 100%!!

Great painter! Took my new car there and they Got it done quick and on schedule. The first paint job they did had been too pearly, so they took it back and fixed it without question. End result was perfect - a lot of shops would turn you away without fixing it!
