To Whom it may concern, I am writing to explain my experiences with Coquitlam Chrysler. In 2010 we were looking for a new truck and wanted another dodge to replace the one we already had. At the time the model that we were looking for was in high demand and hard to find. Even though there was not one on their lot that was close to what we wanted they searched and found one at another dealership and Tannis had it brought in for us. We were so happy the day we picked up our 2010 Ram 3500 Turbo Diesel 4X4 Lariat. Our sales person Tannis had done a great job and we were very happy with our new truck. We took our truck to the service department for all service and warranty work. They treated us well and always did their best to help us and make things work in every situation. Over the 6 years that we have the truck my husband has formed a relationship with the staff there that is been so helpful and friendly. We commend the staff in the service department. A little while ago the check engine light came on and we were concerned as the truck is no longer under warranty and we feared that it could be a major problem as they were having difficulty clear codes ad finding the root of the problem. They were persistent and work to find the cause. Well they did and we were taken aback. It was diagnosed that it was the Turbo Charger. My husband was very confused as we dont have many miles on the truck and it is used primarily as a tow vehicle for our RV and our boat. It is not used as a "errand runner" or "grocery getter". This was explained to the service department and when my husband went to pick the truck up he was met by Kelly from service and took him into Scott the managers office. Scott informed Don that there was a definite problem with the turbo and that they had a letter into head office to see if there would be any compensation on the turbo. When Scott heard back from Dodge they had informed him of the fact that they would cover the cost of the turbo and we would pay the labour. Imagine the suprise! We really did not think that there would be any help. We were so happy and grateful. Happy that we didnt have to carry the whole financial burden ourselves and thankful for the wonderful caring professional staff the you have in the Coquitlam dealership. The mechanic Brian does our service work for us and is very helpful . Due to these events we have told everyone that we speak to about the wonderful people at Coquitlam Chrysler and The whole Dodge Chrysler organization. We would like to take this time to thank everyone involved and tell you that we love our truck and this is the third Ram that we have owned. If ever we are asked by anyone if we have a recommendation for a truck or a dealership for any type of vehicle we will strongly recommend Dodge and Coquitlam Chrysler. We would like to say thank you again. Not only for what your team has done for us but also for restoring faith in big business and their companies. That some really do stand behind their product and have the understanding that people who by your products matter. It is refreshing in these days and times when it is so difficult at some times to get good service and companies! Sincerely Don and Debbie Miller

I wouldnt even give this dealership 1 star! I went here looking for a used jeep wrangler and I, as many people do, had particular things I was looking for and not looking for. I was not looking for brand new as it costs 20k more to get into a brand new car of any kind and I was not looking for base model sport editions. Now what do you think the first thing the salesmen said to me when I told him this, well of course he proceeded to argue with me about what I wanted arguing that it would be better for me to get into a new vehicle regardless of the price. Now you tell me, who knows better what is suitable for ME financially, me or a person I met 30 seconds prior. Hmmmmm, I think me. However even with his persistence to get me to the new car lot I insisted that I see what used jeeps they did have on the lot. I can not begin to explain how completely frustrating it is to go to a car dealership of the make of the vehicle you are shopping for and for them to have no used cars on the lot. Once I did see all of the 2 used vehicles on the lot I told the salesmen that neither were for me and that I would continue to look elsewhere because he did not have the specific car that I wanted, and of course I was saying all of this in the politest way possible until he yet again argued with me and offered me exactly what I didnt want. Pushing me to go ad see the SPORT (BASE MODEL) 2015 he had to show me. When I politely pointed out that I was not looking for the sport edition and was leaning more towards the Sahara he continued to push and push and push until I had, had enough and said I was leaving and walked away to which he scoffed at me and laughed. Over all this dealership has nothing to offer unless you are looking for salesmen who disrespect you and what you want and who dont listen and its a great place if you are only looking for a brand new vehicle that is only marked up about 8 thousand more than any other Chrysler dealership. Well this is my fair warning to all thinking of going here, best of luck to ya.

In my opinion, they were purposely deceptive in revealing damage to a new" vehicle!! Traded in a perfectly fine Yukon for a 2014 Rubicon. which had approx 3000 Kms. Sales and management said there were no accidents and that the previous owner was a Pattison relative, never off road etc etc. There were no signs of damage, just some minor paint scrapes. They gave the running vehicle to us, after all the paperwork etc was completed, we went to get gas 1 block away. Went to start and it would not. Jimmied around with battery, got it going, took it back. BRUTAL PART###### We had it for a couple days when we heard a weird knocking/clanging sound underneath it. Looked under the vehicle to see and that is when we noticed that the under carriage was totally thrashed. It appeared someone had taken it 4x4ing and totally beat the vehicle. The undercarriage is dented and scraped very badly. Sent an email and no response. Called and was verbally abused by the sales manager Cal. Called general manager and he has not called back. So the solution for this is to make up some pickets and stand in front of the business so everyone knows how they did not reveal the damage., were verbally abusive and obviously do not care enough to respond to the issue. It seems to be the typical "take advantage of a woman. Maybe I should have brought old clothes so i could look under a new vehicle to see if it was thrashed. I obviously should not have trusted Coquitlam Chysler to be upfront and honest to say anything. Judging by the reviews on here, I am not the first to have a horrible experience with this business. If you see us out there with pickets give a honk. We have taken it to another place and had them look at the damage and they say it is bad and that there is no way the dealership did not know. It will apparently void any warranties that they got me to buy etc. DO NOT BUY ANY VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE IT SEEMS TO ME THAT THEY ARE DISHONEST
