Im just devistated. I brought them a brand new 2017 Nissan sentra (7months old ) zero damage to the vehicle besides a recent side swipe on the passenger side. They gave me my car back with overspray all over my head and tail lights windshield and body, they didnt gap my door to my fender properly and decided to leave a nice thick gloopy paint drip down the side of my door to make it "appear even" they scratched parts of my car that shouldnt even have been touched by them, they damaged my stickers on my car from Japan which was nowhere near the body work they were doing. Not just appearance either ! They left my vehicle mechanically unsafe. When i got my car back within day 1 I was noticing creeks and squeaks and groans that were never there before the accident. My fiance who is a lisenced mechanic took one look at the alignment specs and was able to tell me I had a problem before he even go to the car! I have 3 noises recorded my car is making and boyd refused to believe me. They gave me a huge run around telling me my car is not a "Lamborghini" and that they dont hear or see anything. They had it for an entire day after I complained about the issues and didnt do anything to try and duplicate my concerns. They gave the car back to me a 2nd time mechanically unsafe (They dropped it to my business) when I finished my business I got in my car and could hear the noises right away ! Took it back to Boyd and finally they said they will let me take it to my dealership to get repaired. While it was there the 2nd time they went to take the overspray off my windshield and now I have huge scratches all down the window of my brand new car.! My car is ruined because of boyd autobody. Please Do not take your car here if you care about your property. Im devastated.

Spend $10000 to get rear body repaired by Boyd Auto body and only few month later, the trunk start leaking water like crazy. Call them back for repair but they are not willing to do anything. That is not a good business practice. I dealt with many body shop in my life. This is the worst experience ever. Bad quality control and bad customer service. Will not recommend them at all. Please stay away from this body shop.

I came in for a windshield claim. After an initial appointment delay, they took care of me and were quick and finished on time. To my surprise, without asking "if" I wanted it, they detailed my vehicle inside and out. With two kids, this is always appreciated. I was very impressed with their customer service, the lady at the front desk was informative and answered all my questions. I would recommend them.

Amazing experience! Kevin Kidd was kind and helpful and cared about the hit & run on my car. He also was comforting to let me know that the vehicle who backed into my car probably didnt even know. Also, I was surprised when they called me to say my car was fixed the next day! 5 stars for this excellent service!
