5.0 star rating 5/13/2016 First to Review I recently had to have an exhaust system replaced on a Westfalia and there were several leaks. I took it to Midas because we have always found them to be very honest and diligent over the twelve or so years we have dealt with them. They got the van in immediately without an appointment and did a great job of reinstalling the exhaust system and eliminating all the leaks. Here are a few details. When I explained the problem, I was told to come back in about an hour for the estimate..They got the estimate done early, so Dave (the manager) came and found me at Tim Hortons to let me know what they found. He gave a very clear idea of what the work would involve and a realistic estimate of possible expenses. The young guy who did the work (have forgotten his name) did a great job that came in well below the worst case scenario estimate. Nice to have a quiet Westfalia again! I appreciate the companys professionalism and excellent work. David Higgins

Called and made an appointment for my motorhome to get my abs light checked.They did some work for me 2yrs prior on my brakes.They know the unit ,size etc.They booked me in ,but when I showed up for the appointment they decided they couldnt work on it because it was raining.If rain was a concern they should have told me up front,as I had to be in Vancouver with the motorhome the following day.Really screwed me over.They really didnt seem to care.Never use them again.To lazy to to think before booking.Would give less than 1 star if possible.....If you take the booking man up and do the work.

Do NOT trust the midas touch!. In fact I suggest not letting them touch your vehicle at all. From the moment I walked in they where rude and condescending. They would not provide proper pricing before hand and where quite vague other than its going to be expensive "for brake pads" regarding my vehicle. When I told them I needed a price or at least rough quote before proceeding they told me it would be thousands. In my shock at this price for rear brake pads and shoes only I was surprised, called three other mechanics shops to find out it was in fact over priced by about 1,400.00 +

Total experince lasted 30 seconds. i was greeted when entering and one other customer was in the office. told the guy i have a 2011 ram 1500, then he cut me off saying its going to be sometime before being able to help me out and he exited the store, walking to a clients car. i understand if your busy, normal customer service rep would at least take a number and say sorry for not being able to help. i felt bad for trying to give them my buisness. I made a call to head office about the actions in this store, hope they can fix this for the next customer as i will never return.

Took my vehicle to Midas and was told repairs would cost around $1500..my husband was quoted a different price than I was on the repairs (they had our vehicle in the shop at the time and knew both of us were calling about the same vehicle). Pulled our vehicle out and took it to a locally owned shop not to far and the same work was done for $800 less and customer service was far superior! Sorry Midas but youve lost a customer for life on this one.

Im appalled with Langford Midas. Unsure whether the mechanics are incapable or dishonest or both. They quoted me nearly double for what another establishment for a ball joint that they said had to be replaced on a car I just bought. I had two other mechanics look at it and they couldnt find anything wrong with the ball joint. As far as I can tell they are either extremely incompetent or dishonest and greedy.

8 years I have been bringing my work vans into Midas. Never an issue. Ive enjoyed dealing with all the staff like Art, Terry and Dave!! Update 7 months after this review: They fired Terry and Dave but Art is still there. New management, they have no idea who I am and my 7 trucks arent given the attention they once were under the old staff. I decided to just move on to another servicer.

Bought my first car in Canada and took it straight to Midas for a service. They were very honest and had great customer service. They did a great job on the oil change and did a full assessment of the car and pointed out a couple other things that need replacement which was greatly appreciated. I would really like to thank Steve and the team for a very professional job.

I took my 2000 Chevy 2500 go get my muffler fixed. I was quoted 1642 dollars . I asked if there was anything that they could do to make it cheaper and they said no. I told them to go ahead and fix the muffler and to check the breaks. They charged me 1911 . $30 for checking the breaks and taxes. You get a quote you think it would include the tax.

I came in here after hitting a rogue rock and fearing that my exhaust was destroyed due to the loud exhaust noise and vibrations. They were only supposed to diagnose the issue but decided to fix it as it was a really quick fix. They didnt charge me and consequently I went from stressed to elated. These made my day! Keep up the good work!

I saw a review saying Midas has good prices for Oil Changes. Do they ever. I paid $44 for a GMC Sierra truck. I saved about $20 over the quick lube places I used to use.
