My wife and I decided that we needed to buy a new reliable car before the arrival of another child. We started at Galaxy Motors and took a look at a couple different vehicles and found one that really fit our needs. We then decided we wanted to go to other dealerships just to check out our options. After visiting a dozen other car lots, comparing old and new cars we knew we were getting the best car for our money from Galaxy Motors. We purchased a car with only 7500kms and nearly 2/3s of the cost as if it was new! The financing was quick and easy. We were approved almost immediately and I think Galaxy really got us the best rate possible. While we were shopping around and asking what going interest rates are on used cars so I know that not only did we get the best car, we also received the best financing interest rate. Brett was a really pleasure to work with. We didnt feel any pressure to buy and he really knew the product he was selling. After visiting a dozen other lots, I can say Brett was by far the most knowledgeable and professional. We were also reassured going through the signing process with Dieter. He explained everything to us and gave us all the information to make choices on extended warranties and financing terms. Once we decided we were ready to buy the whole process was so quick and easy! We went from saying yes to driving away in our new, freshly washed car in under 90mins!! We will definitely be back to Galaxy Motors when we are ready to buy again. In the mean time we will be there on Saturdays for our free car washes!

I bought a car from Galaxy a couple years ago but decided that I needed something more economical fuel wise as I drive greater distances more frequently now. I started looking and contacted Galaxy as I had previously purchased here. I thought I knew what I wanted but the sales person (Danny) was very upfront and honest with me telling me that I may want to rethink so of my options that I thought I wanted as when they are put in by the factory they cot thousands but only cost a fraction of that after market. It was several weeks of back and forth by email and he was always patient and responsive. When I stopped by the lot Danny was with a client but Keith helped me and took me a some test drives and I ended up buying something I never thought I would but I love it!. The manager (Trent) came and chatted while paperwork was being processed as we grew up in the same town and Andy in finance was fantastic to work with. I didnt ever feel pressured or led towards any one purchase over another. Finally the insurance agent even saved me more money on my insurance. After I left with my new car I realized I had forgotten some things in the console of my old vehicle and I called as soon as I realized and they had all of my belonging together at the front desk waiting for me. This was our first time visiting a Galaxy Motors, and we chose the location in Victoria BC. We were VERY impressed with our experience at this location! The employees there did EVERYTHING they could to help us leave with the vehicle of our dreams, and we did! Bryce was the car salesman who actually suggested to us the vehicle we ended up buying and we are very happy with it! Bryce gave us all the information we needed to know from the cool and practical features of the car to answers to all our questions about financing and payments ect. We learned a lot about our options and were very impressed with the kindness of all the employees that we were introduced to, and we will DEFINITELY be recommending GALAXY MOTORS in Victoria BC to EVERYONE we know in the future who will be looking for great deals and support on great vehicle selection! They inspected our car head to toe, and even filled the tank! THATS what i call great service and generosity! Thank you Galaxy Motors for changing our lives with this awesome fuel efficient car! The experience was so easy and quick, we are Very happy! Thank you Bryce for the awesome suggestion, and thank you to everyone else for making it a positive experience!

I have heard nothing, but great praise about Galaxy motors and thats why I decided to buy my first car there. I bought it two months ago a 2004 Dodge Neon and Im shocked at the lack of service they have offered after the car left the lot. Now I should mention they sold me a bronze model meaning they fixed everything safety wise, but nothing else. My car scrapes the ground whenever I go up any ramp so much so that my bumper broke in half and now I need to buy a new one. The car has the wrong size tires for the model and they will not replace them with the proper tires without me buying them from them. Last night I noticed my headlights not working and I had only driven at night maybe a dozen times. I called to get it fixed and they said "you just never know when headlights will burn out, you will have to pay the cost". Now maybe its just me, but Id consider wrong size tires, bumper scraping and headlights not working safety issues, but they refuse to help me with anything. Maybe Im just an outlier since I did only buy a used older car and they dont care about anyone except those who buy the more expensive cars, but after this I will never EVER buy anything from them again.

My vehicle died last month. What to do? I hate car shopping. I looked around - need a vehicle to get me to work, wanted something super fuel efficient and small, but safe. Saw a SMART car on their lot. So I emailed them. In less than an hour I had an email back from Joe Watson asking for more information. We set up a time to meet and he stayed late! Long story short, this place has #CustServ out the yingyang! No, seriously! In less than 24 hours I had a the vehicle I wanted, full documentation on its history, a $1000+ off the price, an excellent warranty and no BS. Insurance was a breeze and financing (if you want it) is right there. On top of this, they will wash and vacuum your vehicle once a month for free and give you lunch! Like, really people, where did you learn customer service? Japan? Obviously! (I used to reside in Japan, so my customer service expectations are ridiculously high.) Need a vehicle? ASK FOR JOE - and tell them Scott McDonald sent you! Really, this has been the best customer service experience Ive had in many years and the most hassle free vehicle Ive EVER bought, bar none.

Thanks Bryce, and the whole Galaxy motors crew. Their staff showed a certain level of professionalism while making the whole process very comfortable. With a wide array of knowledge of the many vehicles at hand, they were willing to work with my budget and find me the vehicle that would best suit my needs. I must say out of all the dealerships that I had went to, they made me feel the most comfortable. Honestly they were friendliest and the most courteous staff I had dealt with. Given the several different locations along the island if they didnt have something at hand that I wanted, they made sure to go out of their way to find it and keep me happy. I must say out of all the dealerships that I had went to, they made me feel the most comfortable. Even though I had to take a couple of days to finally decide on the vehicle; that didnt deter the staff from giving me the upmost respect and willingness to help. Id honestly recommend them again. I could definitely see myself purchasing another vehicle from them in the foreseeable future.
