As a frustrated consumer I feel obligated to warn others about a recent experience I had at Valley Toyota. At first I wanted to post about our painful experience when we first went in to purchase a new vehicle back in August but I chose to let it go. Now, after taking our 2016 4Runner in for its first service I feel obligated to say something. First of all, going in to look at a new vehicle at Valley Toyota was not pleasant. The salesperson that approached us was overly aggressive and was more interested in getting our credit card deposit to "secure a deal" than finding out what our needs and price range was. When we finally acquiesced just to even get a quote it was full sticker price, no negotiation! We were not treated well as customers even when we called them on a few pricing issues. In the end we bought a vehicle out of necessity and the experience left my wife and I utterly disappointed in the lack of customer service and client relations. Now today I just took our vehicle in for its first service and discovered that the work they said they were going to perform actually wasnt carried out. Although they apologized once it was pointed out, it shows an overall lack of integrity and goes back to lousy customer service and sketchy business practices. I hope someone senior from Valley reads this as I seriously question their accountability and ethics. I realize this is not the most adequate forum for business complaints but I feel it appropriate to warn people to be careful in the marketplace. I have since complained to the Lower Mainland BBB in the hope that some accountability is raised. Although our friends had recommended we steer clear of Valley we tried to "shop local"... in the end we should have gone elsewhere... live and learn.

I dont write too many reviews but I thought this was worth it after having the experience I had at Toyota compared to what I had at Mertins a few hrs later. I parked my Vehicle got out. Started looking at Tacomas and within a few minutes our sales rep Mandy was out there to greet us. Asked us how we were doing and if we wanted some keys to take a look. Even though there was not a potential of me buying anything today she treated us like Royalty. We test drove a few different Toyotas that I was interested in and talked over pricing and etc. Overall the experience was made easy for me. I didnt feel pressured and never got the impression from her that we were wasting her time. She left me with her card and made me feel appreciated. A few hours later I went to another dealership as there was a truck that looked awesome. But no one came to talk to us. No one seemed to care. The only reason this prompted me to write a review at all was because the other service was not as good. And then when my friend confronted them about it they didnt seem to care.

Ive been here before but my experience this time was even worse than previous. I only got told about papers that I had left there during a service call because I called asking about a used vehicle. Almost like they didnt care enough to call me and tell me I had left some documents there for MONTHS. Also went to look at a truck and was lead to believe that if I traded in my truck and a car that it would be a straight across trade. Instead they came back with 2000 dollars less for my truck then I had already told them a different dealership had offered me. A total waste of time!!

I went into this dealership the last 2 years now as a result of receiving a letter from them telling me they are interested in my particular Toyota for a trade in. They promised up to $5750 in cash incentives and vouchers only to discover the actual offer is $500. So the letter they send is a complete lie just to get your butt in the door and hope you have deep pockets. Neither of our Toyotas will be returning to their establishment for service ever again.

Last November I saw a Honda CRV on Valley Toyotas website that I wanted so drove from Port Moody to look at it. I was greeted by Keeran who was pleasant and not pushy (I half expected him to try and sell me a RAV 4!). The whole experience was smooth and pain free, from negotiating a deal with service manager Neils, producer advisor Keenan and admin for paperwork. Long way to go but worth it. I drove home with a huge smile on my face, I love my car.

Great, laid back dealership, younger sales staff, and not pushy at all. My wife and i enjoyed our sales person, and would totally recommend her. Her name was Tiffany; she knew her stuff and was all around very knowledgable and decent. If your in the Valley and want the best car product out there, go there and ask for Tiffany.

I went in and bought a vehicle from Fahimeh yesterday. She made the process incredibly quick and painless and the entire staff were very professional. They even let me bring my dog into the office during the negotiation/purchase. I will definitely buy another vehicle from them in the future.

Friendly service staff and pretty great availability! Also, really nice facilities (waiting room, coffee, nice washrooms). Wish they had of played Sandlot on the TV though, because I was waiting there for-ev-er ;) On the plus side for them, I had more than enough time to leave this review.

Frank and his team in the service dept was incredibly helpful and efficient! I came to Toyota with an engine light on and within 2 hours it was fixed and ready to go. Silly mouse in my engine! He took my car in immediately and the price was very reasonable. So thankful!

On aug 29 I took my truck in to be serviced at valley toyota the service manager washed my truck first then took it in to be serviced I had to clean my truck after service .The service I received was very poor,I am thinking of taking my truck else where for service.
