Where to begin.....I purchased a new style GMC Sierra , as luck would have it , the engine started knocking. So I ask the parts department to find me a used engine.... Riteway has one with 111,000 km and want $2000 for it. (Bare in mind thats dealer cost).Thats a heavy price for a used semi high km engine but my luck sucks and its the only one available! So reluctantly I agree. It arrives....... WOW it looks like it has been used as a boat anchor! and the delivery driver says " They could not get the front diff off of it" I was alarmed right then and looked at it, there was a differential running through the pan, so now I have to un seize and remove this to swap oil pans as this will not work in my application. A couple hours later I managed to SMASH it out so I could swap pans. I now have to remove the exhaust manifolds as they are also wrong.... 3 broken bolts in the heads ( I previously asked Dallas if there were any broken manifold bolts..... he said NO NOTHING LIKE THAT! I managed to remove one but had a hard time with the other two, feeling frustrated , I sent it back. to my surprise it comes back with the broken bolts removed ! GOOD RIGHT? NO! So I put this pile of crap in my truck (16 hours and almost $1000 in install crap) ...fire it up ... and a lifter on the driver side is HAMMERING away. I chalk it up to a engine that has been sitting a while. so I give it a week or two, sometimes good some times bad, we call this INTERMITTENT . Swear word I know, I am a licenced technician! I managed to capture this noise on video and sent it to Riteway and directly to Dallas on his phone. No response....I call and he acts all buddy buddy and says he will arrange their tow truck to come pick it up so they can look at it and will call me back..... A week or two later no word so I call again..... drivers off with Bird Flu....Says" I will call when he comes back"..... thanks for calling, OH WAIT NO CALL AGAIN! He tells me that it has been has rough as they have had to sublet their tows,.... so as a customer potentially costing them money I had to wait I guess? Another week or two go by and I show up there and ask whats going on? Now they are just sooooooo backed up, "maybe this afternoon he says". NO CALL OR DRIVER!I call Dallas and he tells me" my driver is not feeling well and went home" I get my parts person to call and investigate...... "My driver had nothing to do so WE SENT HIM HOME" WTF? LIARS! ON AND ON.... Finally they come get it a week or so later....on a Friday..... go to work Monday and I look out the shop door and they are dropping it off again, no call AGAIN! I call Dallas and he says they ,in that time achieved 40 cold starts! BULL! he tells me he brought it to multiple dealers who said it was the "healthiest 5.3 they ever heard" and proceeded to tell me how much they like my stereo! WHAT? SIGH! So I ask what do I do if the 90 day warranty expires , being its an intermittent problem...... he says "I dont know what to tell you ,if you cant get it here when it, acting up I can.t help you" So I proceeded to say it happens cold and will be quiet by the time I get it to you! Again "I dont know what to tell you" "We had it looked at by two GM dealers , by GM techs who said it was good" Never mind that he sold the engine to a dealer and ME AND MY COWORKERS are also licenced techs who have heard it, WHAT THE HELL? BLOWN OFF! The engine has since gotten much worse , my warranty is a couple months expired. FAIL FAIL FAIL! DONT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!I WILL SOON HAVE TO FIND ANOTHER ENGINE .I PUT 1500 k ON THIS ONE! POOR SERVICE,BAD PRICES, CRAP WARRANTY! I even sent another video of the noise after that call, no response.

I needed a part for my Mazda> I found this outfit very courteous and professional. They had the part, was a fair price, packaged very well and delivered on the next bus to Kelowna. Cant get better service than this! If anyone has had a bad experience these guys have fixed it. I am a customer for life.

Terrible customer service the guy on front didnt even bother greeting you, It was like youre forcing them to talk and like youre stealing from them not buying. Very poor customer treatment & services, never going again.

Really poor customer service. Both the mechanic and the guy at the front desk were really short with us and the mechanic was outright rude. A really unpleasant experience that I wouldnt want to repeat.
