On the recommendation of Ralphs mechanic, I brought my truck in to have the valve cover gasket replaced as well as to have a valve adjustment. I was quoted $200 for the work to be completed. I found out shortly before the work was to be done that the valves in my vehicle cannot be adjusted. I came in and asked the owner and the mechanic how they planned on "adjusting the valves". They provided a very interesting description. Needless to say, I stopped them in mid story! Informing them that I knew about the valves. They did say that I wouldnt have been charged for the work that couldnt be done in the first place. However, I find that hard to stomach. Both should have known known about the valves both before, and most certainly the day of the scheduled repairs. No apologies were offered. So I walked out. Now Im wondering if the previous services they provided were on the up and up or not?

My Mercedes Motorhome was overheating and I was in need of an urgent repair. I contacted Ralph Van Woerden after reading other reviews and was met with a very positive and helpful response. I took my vehicle into their workshop and was met by Ralph (Owner) who immediately began to search for the problem. I was impressed by the clean premises and the professional appearance of the staff. The problem was diagnosed and a part ordered. It was fitted first thing the next day and I was able to collect my Motorhome and start my holidays. I would highly recommend this garage in all aspects including the all important cost. I will be using this garage in the future for all of my vehicle services. Great customer service...I normally dont do reviews but good service needs to be recognized. Thank you to the team for your excellent service.

We were on our way home from moving our son to Vancouver. Front Wheel hub gave out in Chilliwak. We called Ralphs Auto Repair at 4:30 pm and he had us booked in the next day at 8 am as he understood we were not from the area and trying to make it back home to Alberta. By the time we were done breakfast they had the wheel hub fixed and we were on our way. Ralph even tried to get us a rental car but there were none to be had so he offered up his own vehicle. Great friendly service with no Huge price tag surprises. Highly recommend for those in the area or those just passing through.

Ralph Van Woerden has built a solid reputation in Chilliwack for one good reason: professionalism. From the front desk to the other mechanics their service is top notch. Ralphs right hand man Trent not only repairs your vehicle but shows a pro active attitude which is obviously customer care. Ralph is not a sales person trying to up sell repairs; your problem is fixed and fixed right. I own a Mercedes and their are cheap mechanical deals but we all know what comes with "cheap". Ralph Van Woerden Repairs is top notch... period.

We were passing through Chilliwack and our Eurovan developed a fuel supply problem. When we got to his shop Ralph saw we were travellers and waved us in right away. He diagnosed the problem as an intermittent relay right away. Once the parts arrived we were back on the road again in minutes and had no further troubles all the way home. Thanks Ralph - you were really great! Beautiful shop - great service!

I called Ralph Van Woerden Auto repair with a major concern of Transmission gear oil leaking the service representative was excellent she had me come right in and they checked it out, they told me in detail what was happening, and what was required to fix the problem I felt so confident with the shop, that I left my vehicle to be repaired. I highly recommend this shop.

I am so glad I stopped in here today! BMW had quoted me almost $300 to get a car key with a new battery, but Ralph was able to pry my key open and replace the battery on his own... all for a fraction of the price! Plus he let me use his microwave so that I could heat up my soup while I was waiting. Super friendly, family owned business - highly recommended!

First time at Ralphs shop. I found him to be very knowledgeable about my BMW X3. I had a slight issue with the work done on the brakes, they squealed after repair, Ralph installed new machined rotors at no extra cost to me, this wasnt expected, but it earned him my loyalty. We brought our Dodge van in for a possible transmission problem. Three other garages had told us to replace the transmission. Ralph said lets try a flush and oil change first. That fixed the problem! Now we bring our Sienna in for oil changes and inspections. We wont go anywhere else.
