im sorry to say but this midas is terrible and i am normally a returning customer, one monday i went in to get some minor repairs done and the desk representative her name was andrea was terrible very condiscending making me feel as if i dont know anything and i know some about cars nothing indepth, she was outright rude, then when the "technician" came to tell me what needed to be done he came into the waiting room Stinking of liquor, his name was gary, i thought this was terrible and very unsafe, he came in slobbering at me and almost falling over i was very disspleased (later found out he was the owner of this location), i cannot believe a midas was like this with drunks and rude people nothing like past experiences, and too top it off he said i needed a gasket to fix a leak ( i have never seen a leak on this car before) and it was going to cost me over $500 i dont think so, that was the last straw, i told them to bring it out of the shop and i took it elsewhere , the repairs ended up costing me under $100, i will never go back and would advise not one else go there, i may consider calling the better buisness bureau and letting them know of this so called "buisness", also hearing them wisper about the prices of parts to give me a "deal" was uncomforting, if i could rate less i would, personally i dont like or feel safe having people under influences working on my vehicle.

New Ownership. Great Service. I knew that I needed new front Rotors and Pads on my 4X4 Half-Ton. I had an estimate done at another shop who said that my rear brakes were at 80% but my front needed replacement ASAP. Thank goodness that Midas inspected all 4 wheels. Only one rear brake was at 80%. The other was at under 20% with seized calipers and E-Brake shoes in pieces causing more damage. If I had relied on the first shop I would have been replacing the whole rear brake assembly or possibly the truck and occupants. Although the cost was more than I expected, it had to be done. Chilliwack Midas fixed everything right.

Family run business, have two locations Aldergrove as well. You will never find a more decent run business, when it comes to servicing your vehicle. Scott and the boys are the best!!! Single Moms pay attention he will never fix what is not broken.!! Thank You Scott.,,,,,
