Such liar people . I was looking for couple cargo vans in Vancouver and I got some phone numbers from Nissan.ca . I called every single branches which was close to me and non of them had those kind of vans , but as soon as I called chilliwack branch , they told me they have it . I mentioned couple times that I am looking NV1500 cargo van and they strongly told Me that they have it . After I went there , we were discussing about the price on those van and finally I wanted to sing the documents and get the vans , they told me they dont have those vans . Their point was to take me all the way Around 250 km there to sell me something else and I was looking for something which they didnt have it .

The atmosphere here is great. All of the staff are super friendly. I bought a Leaf from Chad last week. I had a million questions since I didnt know very much about electric vehicles & this was also my first new vehicle purchase and Chad was super patient and helpful. Ive had an issue with my check tire light since bringing the car home & they have been quick to get it in to look at and repair (at no cost to me). Super happy with my new car! Would definitely recommend this location.

I recently purchased a Leaf from the USA. I live in Calgary but heard that the folks at Mertin Nissan had easily and for a reasonable cost, had activated the Daytime Running Lights on Leafs like mine. I contacted Mertin and they were very helpful to tell me what was done and I will now be able to have my local Nissan dealer here do the work easily and economically. Thanks Team Mertin.

I have been driving Nissan for almost 30 years and visited a few dealers for purchases. MERTIN NISSAN is the best ever dealership I have ever visited ! Very courteous staff, honest & humble. Extremely transparent transaction. No surprises and backing out on verbal promises. I am extremely impressed with KEN & TYLER !!! Thumbs Up ! What a wonderful staff you guys have !

Ive been to other dealerships and they have given me way more support and respect. I am not the most normal looking customer I must admit, but to walk into a place and get as disrespected as I did was horrible. I later that day went to a GMC dealership and had no problem and everyone there looked at me like a regular customer. I will never go back to Nissan.

Dealt with chad who bent over backwards to help me finance my dream car, worked very hard to make a payment plan that worked for me and got me a fair price on my trade in.
