Went to Kal Tire at eagle landing 5:35pm they closed at 6 had a flat tire. Sales associate Robert Olofson said l should leave truck overnight, l explained that it was my work truck, l couldnt. He said to get my jack out and do it myself! I was furious, he never even sent someone to help me! There was also 2 open bays,at that time went to the other shop and with 20 min till closed he still helped me! Kicker is l bought my tires at Kal Tire!

Rude little boy barely out of puberty answers the phone there and does not know anything about anything! They need to hire an ADULT over there with some customer relations skills! I now believe the other review about the incompetent mechanic!! I think Ill invest in a set of axle stands from Wal-Mart and do my own brake work for les$ !!!

After having a nightmare with tires purchased and balance wrong at Canadian Tire I brought it to this shop and they fix the problem in half hour at half price than other shops will charge. Thank you for the great service. Will be back.
