My daughters and I desperately needed a van on Friday because ours broke down on the highway. Even though we arrived at the very end of the day the woman (sorry Im bad with names) went out of her way to help us. When we went back to drop off the van the next day the young gentleman was very friendly and knowledgeable in dealing with my transaction. Thank you for going out of your way in providing service to my family and I!

Had a car reserved so my dad wouldnt have to bike to work, call them in the morning they told us they dont have any cars in at the moment so they cant help us and that we have to wait, isnt the whole point of the reservation so we dont have to wait ? ... Terrible customer service i would recommend you going to a different rental company

I rented a car through my insurance and found out that my insurance paid for my 3 days of rental, then they went a head and charged my credit card for the same rental..think they call it double dipping..still trying to recover my money, been 5 months and still no further a head than when I started
