I paid to have my all tires rotated. I ended up bringing the vehicle in twice as the work was never completed. After the last attempt I asked the owner to simply refund my money for services not provided. Dealing with the owner was scary too say the least! Very aggressive, and condescending. He informed me that Mazda, and myself were wrong in rotating all the tires. He said that he was doing me a "favour" by not completing the work that I had paid him for. He refused to provide a refund, encouraging me to resolve this simple issue through other means. Since Pro Auto is a BCAA certified repair facility; I immediately got on the phone to the Manager responsible for repair services at BCAA. I explained the situation, and he agreed the shop was in violation of their service policies. I received a refund by mail the next week. Not worth the hassle.

"Youre our #1. Thanks so much for your help in taking care of our cars/truck in such a professional and honest manner. You tell it how it is - and find ways to get the better deals if possible. We recommend all our friends to see ya! Youre the best!" -Ingrid & Graham "Thanks to Tom and the ProAuto Team! My van is running great!" — Chris Potts "A very big Thank You to the people at ProAuto. Its nice to know there are still companies out there that will diagnose [my vehicle] Even though the van had a broken crank shaft, and was not worth repairing, I will recommend you to friends that are out your way. When I find myself another vehicle, I can guarantee it would be worth the drive to get my vehicle, if needed, fixed by you. Thanks so much for your time, effort and patience." — April

Not only did the get me back on the road they fixed all the problems I had with my truck if I could rate this place a 10 I would 100% and if I ever have trouble coming through again I will be sure to make sure my stop is here

Had a auxiliary transmission cooler installed on my Jeep and started leaking after 2 weeks. Took my jeep to MOPAR service technicians and they literally laughed out loud at how poorly installed it was. Safe to say I wont be going back there, or recommending any of my friends or family to go to Pro Auto Care. If you are looking for a shop in town and looking at reviews, Id recommend: Budget Auto Centre, Total Automotive, and J.A. transmission.

Had a pre-purchase inspection done at this establishment, and did not have a good result. Major items were missed and the inspection was sloppy, vague and incomplete. Lots of time and money was spent after I purchased the vehicle and it did not even make it 50km before it broke down. Attempts to talk to the owner about the issues proved unsuccessful. I would recommend they drop the "PRO" out of their name and stick to oil changes.
