Brought in an F350 with transmission problems 8:30 Monday morning - Feb.29, 2016. This truck has 815,000 km (same motor/turbo) and is used for contract mail hauling to remote communities (gravel roads) and now is 1000+ km from my Wednesday starting point and immobile. Big problem! These guys made things happen and by 4:00 P.M. I am on the road again 100% repaired - range selector sensor assembly corroded beyond repair (salt!) - thus replaced. I want to specifically thank Justin (sales advisor who took my problem seriously), Connie (service manager who oversaw work flow and provided temporary transportation), and Dan (the guy who did the job and spliced all those wires). Others sourced out the needed parts locally but I dont have their names. A BIG THANKYOU TO ALL! Scott Muller

The service is outstanding. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. Theres no pressure to buy and they do everything they can to ensure you are making an informed decision. One of the most attractive things about Chilliwack Ford is their commitment to our community. They are involved at almost every level of youth and junior sports. Not to mention the countless other non-profit organizations that benefit from their commitment to making our community a better place to live in. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Chilliwack Ford.

Please never go here for service, I bought my car new from these guys, sales staff is fantastic! Sales managers rock! Its just the service department that is extremely lacking, they have no idea what they are doing, they have issues diagnosing your vehicle and the day you dont have coverage when you do. They threatened to charge me for a warranty repair and said that I will find out if I have a bill when the work is done. They are extremely rude and do not care for the customer at all. Magnuson Ford in Abbotsford has taken better care of me and they didnt even sell me the damn car! Chilliwack Ford you really need to know how to treat people, especially when they spend $50,000 on one of your vehicles.

Ive had my F-150 in for regular maintenance, as well as warranty issues, and with each visit, the Chilliwack Ford service department gains more of my trust and confidence. The service advisors are friendly, knowledgeable, and do their utmost to keep my cost as low as possible. They dont recommend unnecessary work, and they are honest and upfront about work that is required. Auto repair shops have a pretty negative stereotype attached to them....that they over-charge, they dont fix the issue, they are only out to get as much money from you as they can, etc. Give Chilliwack Ford service a chance to prove that they definitely dont fit this stereotype. You wont be disappointed.

This is a great place to buy a vehicle ,the staff is very friendly they go out of their way to help you ,all their vehicles are priced to sell ,so many great deals to be had .I was introduced to the parts dept and service dept when i bought my vehicle,my sales person has always kept in contact with me to see how im enjoying my vehicle .I now have over 75000 kms on my vehicle ,and its needed a few minor things ,the service dept quoted me a price which i thought was fair .All I can say is their are some that will never be happy with any service dept anywhere ,dont base youre purchasing decision on a Bad review everyone has their opinion

I have purchased 4 vehicles from Chilliwack Ford over the past 10 years. I have always received the BEST service. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. My needs have ranged from family vehicles to trucks and they have always helped me find what I required. I have used the service department and always been happy with how I was treated and the service performed on my vehicle. I had the transmission go on my mini van and they were very honest and helpful with solutions as to how I should handle it, including a timeline of repairs and cost analysis. I am happy with my decision and grateful for their assistance.

Ive been dealing with Chilliwack Ford for almost 4 years, since 2011. They have been the best dealership that Ive ever dealt with. The sales department were very helpful, patient and professional in helping me choose my new 2013 Taurus, which I must mention is a very luxurious car. The service department have also been very patient, helpful and always willing to answer any questions that I may have. I am always greeted with a smile and a "Hi Jim" when I do business with them. I definitely recommend Chilliwack Ford if you are looking for a new or used vehicle.

I was on my way to Alberta in my motorhome when the check engine light came on. I stopped at Chilliwack Ford unannounced and needed help. They checked me in right away, the technician found the problem ( it was a unplugged wire on the air intake). Just a minor problem but it needed fixing. The service manager ( Connie) and service advisor (Justin) , I feel, went beyond the call of duty. The service technician also deserves recognition. I would definitely recommend Chilliwack Ford.

Very pleased and surprised with both the parts and service departments. I pulled up at 4:49 pm and needed a new bulb for my tail light. Despite the fact that they were getting ready to close and had no mechanics at hand they provided me with the bulb and had a guy there to change it. The most surprising part......no charge for the change or the bulb!!! I know it was a minor thing and a cheap part but still it was great to see them 3 people jump to the service. Nice work guys!

Absolute perfect service. . Brought my car in with a steering issue walked away a week later with a 5000$ plus bill that I didnt have to worry about.. thank god.. they hooked me up with a Courtesy car for a week there was no hassles of stress with the entire process. Justin and the parts desk checked in with me on the phone letting me know what was going on and treated me with the utmost respect. Cannot be any more thank full. . Sencirely John Cook.
