I dropped off my vehicle wanting the coupon price for my brakes. The CSR told me that my vehicle did not qualify for the coupon. I was OK with that. I then requested that my brakes be done cheaply and wanted to explain and was rudely cut off with ya ya ok I got it as he talked over top of me. Then I asked to be called with the price before work was done. When I got the phone call I was given an outrageous price of $1700.00. I tried to tell him I was a single working mom I need the bare minimum done with a lower price as I needed to borrow the money for the brakes. He explained that I needed these brakes and that there were not any other brakes available for my vehicle. O went to pick up my vehicle when it was ready and paid for it. I looked at the bill and I was charged for premium brakes. I asked why I was charged this and if there were cheaper brakes. I was now talking with someone else. They told me that there were cheaper brakes available for my vehicle which is what I asked for from the beginning. So bottom line I was lied to and had premium brakes put in when there were other options. Thanks for lying to me I feel ripped off!!!

Gave me a quote for front brakes of $375. Never asked for the VIN number, but I provided year make model of my car. I booked the appointment, drove it out there, went home and get a call saying the front brakes will now cost $830.00 because "they didnt realize it would take this long". I understand the estimate is approximate but how is $830 an approximate estimate to $375? I obviously said no and that I will take my buisness elseware. The lady told me "everyone will charge this much". Took it to their competitor and paid a total of $385. Obviously I wouldnt go to Midas EVER as they literally charge the double for a service as another place. My new brakes are working great ! No thanks to Midas. They also tried to make me pay them $30 for looking at the brakes- ya right! Clearly an unexperienced company who throw out quotes over the phone that have no accuracy.

Took my car in today for an oil change and some general maintenance. My vehicle was with them for almost 5 hours; during this period they discovered an electrical issue with my car. Now, rather than do something crazy, like say call me and inquire whether they should do anything about this, they decided to instead just make a note of it and wait till I had arrived to pick up my car to tell me about it. So now I have to make another appoint with a different garage to get this fixed when Midas should have been able to deal with it (or at least diagnosis the problem for me) today.

Wow!! What can I say these guys are great!! They took such great care of my vehicle and me. I so impressed they helped me get to and from work while they fixed my Van... Kept me in the loop with every thing that was needing to get done... They went above and beyond helping me by driving me to and from work I was so please and the end with all that they had done. Nice people and good service. Went on a Saturday, they are super busy so dont expect a quick oil change from their express service. Mine took 5 hrs from when I dropped of my car. They tried to sell me additional services and tightened everything way to tight.

Decent service but not the best prices. Key drop box available for early vehicle drop off. Make sure to check for coupons and shop around for quotes. This particular location has a quick oil change bay for same day changes.
