Always top notch friendly, honest service. When I purchased winter tires, they made a mistake and put someone elses tires on my rims. When I realized this at home, they got the vehicle back & the tires changed over, drove me home and delivered the vehicle back to me with a voucher for an oil change. More businesses should realize its not solely how they deal with their successes that make them lucrative, but how they deal with their mistakes. Cudos Kal Tire - that kind of service makes me a customer for life.

The service here is excellent, and the staff is very friendly. We have purchased one set of winter tires here (Hakka Rs - great tire!), and when the time comes for another set, well be back. You may pay a bit more than buying on the internet, but look at what you get - free road hazard, free installation and removal of winter tires in spring and fall, free balancing. Oh, and nation wide coverage. Well worth it, I reckon.

Nice people but they promise phone calls that are about as reliable as a politicians promises. I dont think, in three years of dealing with them, they have ever called me to tell me my tires were in, my truck was done getting tires on it or anything else once. Apprently phone calls are rocket science over there because they never happen.

Amazing service. I came in after getting a flat on my wrangler and had a tough time finding the size I needed. The manager found the tire and promptly put it on after answering my questions about metric vs. imperial sizing. I called several other stores and they tried to sell me 235/15s which are not the perfect fit for my wheels.

These Guys, led by Cory and Cody do a phenomenal job, When we bought our new car the dealer wanted to sell us winter tires but we only wanted tires from the guys who will be dealing with the changeovers. We trust the team at the Nelson Kal Tire and we feel they are looking out for us.

Kal tires across this country seem to be filled with people who dont want to work and want to charge crazy amounts for their service, dont be fooled by their first time free tire change after that they will charge you 3 times any other local shop!!!

Excellent emergency service on our RV. Ian especially was fantastic. Repaired dually tire and was up and running within 2 hours of initial phone call. Cannot say enough good things about this particular store (Nelson, BC)

Went to this store to get a wheel retorqued on my log trailer which was loaded and they refused to do the work because of WCB rules. The manger also has attitude problems. Needless to say I will never go there again.
