We were introduced to Tannis and worked with her while we bought a 2015 Santa Fe XL. She was helpful and at ease. My wife really appreciated that she was able to explain how the vehicle is very useful for the family. She had helpful, real world reasons for why it would be good for our family, no pressure and no "pitch" attempts. I also appreciated that at Hyundai they focussed on the quality of their cars, rather than the deficiencies of other brand. Once price negotiations began, we were introduced to Scott Kilby. He was professional and, I think, a fair negotiator. We worked out a deal, and the feel throughout was straightforward and efficient...no nonsense. I would describe it as a respectful business experience, which is exactly what I like. After purchasing, Tannis drove our old car home for us. The final test is the quality of the vehicle. Hyundai seems to be on an upswing, which is why I picked this up over a Highlander or Pathfinder. If it proves to be as reliable as I hope it is, Hyundai will certainly have my business and recommendation.

While shopping for our new vehicle, we went to many different dealerships however it was Hyundai that made us feel really comfortable with our decision. They were never pushy or gave you the pitch they were respectful and so helpful. Even after we purchased our vehicle we noticed a small scratch on one of the seats and pointed it out, and management had the entire seat replaced immediately with a brand new one. We are very pleased with our purchase and am looking forward to continuing to deal with the excellent staff at Hyundai.

Im loving my new Hyundai Accent. This is the second new Hyundai I have bought. My first 2002 Sante Fe is still on the road with well over 200K. Thank you Brad for an excellent buying experience! I couldnt tell you what the price of gas is because I am never at the gas station and this car runs forever on a tank of gas!
