These guys are awesome. They went so far and above anything we have ever experienced to get us back on the road during our trip from Alaska. From letting us camp out, to working our rig into their already packed schedule, diagnosing the problem quickly so the part could be delivered overnight to the closest dealership, and delivering us to the dealership 100 km away, the entire experience should be a training example in how to treat customers and people that you value. These guys conduct themselves with top notch integrity and courtesy. Kal Tire is lucky to have these professionals representing them in Cache Creek B.C.

I came in with a leaky tire and no appointment. They were very busy but also very courteous! As I waited (under an hour) I was incredibly impressed with the gentleman on the phone (cant remember his name unfortunately) but call after call I listened to him going above and beyond for his customers.
