My son wanted to purchase a DJ set so he went with my mother to this Visions location to purchase one. My mother is very old school and knows nothing about electronics. The staff were very helpful and informative and they helped her find one that my son thought would work for him. They had to order it in and they said it would be a week. They called exactly a week later and said it was in. We went to pick it up and I was very impressed that as soon as we walked into the store, 3 staff members asked us what help we needed. Thats very rare in most stores nowadays. Most of the time I feel invisible when entering stores. The product we ordered was exactly what it was supposed to be. We brought it home and after opening it and trying to set it up, we realized that the product was actually damaged. It appeared that during shipping it was dropped and we could hear broken parts inside the dj set. I called Visions and they said to return it and we can see what happened. We returned it and they said they were very sorry and that they can get another one in in about a week. Again, they called us and we went to pick it up. This time the manager and a staff member actually opened the dj set up and they plugged it in to make sure it was working. I thought that was very nice of them to take the time to make sure we were happy. Once returning home, it ended up that the software for the dj set wasnt working. Needless to say, we werent very happy. I thought I would have an issue returning it again but when I called, the manager said "No problem, pack it up and bring it back and Ill be happy to refund you your money". When I went back to return it, the transaction was very quick and easy and they said if I needed help finding another type of dj set, they will be happy to help me out. I never write reviews like this, but after this experience, I just want to praise the staff and manager for the professionalism they showed and Ill be shopping their again because of this.

really bad service and the lie to get the sale make no mistake i purchased several warranties for numerous electronics under the conditions if i did not use them i would get the money back no questions over and over i asked each time they told me the same thing i would get the money back if i did not used the warranty. then 4 years later my first warranty was up and i was supposed to get the money back. I got to visions explained i wanted the money from the warranty back and the surprised me with oh by the way u have to spend more money to get your own money the same amount u get from the warranty u didnt use its a sneaky trick and they are criminals for lying for the sale its false advertising. i tried to argue but the almost had me mad enough to lose my freedom but i managed to keep my cool and go at it in a different way, i tried to let it go but then my 10 inch powered sub blew barley over the warranty they wouldnt do anything about it due to it was over by 1 month. so bought another sub a 12 this time and it died in less then a month im sick of visions stuff not working and the poor attitudes when the stuff they have is poor quality the brand new sub died and i brought it in to the visions in surrey on king goerge and the so called manager who cant even work the home theater set up stupid! the manager Nav started getting angry when i wanted my money back claiming i had 2 broken POLK audio(poor longevity) he started stairing at me and leaning towards me saying im not your slave and being rude glaring at me and leaning towards mein a threatening manner and i am a big guy with tattoos good thing i wasn and old lady or someone who would scare easy cause he really didnt want to give me ther return but i forced him to, i suggest if your not 240lbs shaved head with tattoos like me to not shop at visions cause u will be ripped off if the have the chance and thats 2 different locations

I went into this visions location because I wanted to purchase a subwoofer with amp and install for my truck. I initially intended on buying the alpine type R subwoofer but was told it would not fit. So I was then setup with a JL w3 woofer and amp with a box they had to "special" order. I ended up paying for that system. Feeling uncertain about the system, I searched online again and found a box that would fit an alpine type R sub, within the next week I brought it back to the store so Harmeet (who I was partially dealing with) could fit the sub in the box to make sure it fit. But I was told by him right off the bat that it would not fit by only visually looking at the box. I told him again to try and at least test to see if the subwoofer fits in the box but still did not comply as he was "sure" it wouldnt fit. I even went to somebody else to ask once again if they would try and as well said no. Being fed up with their customer service at this location I took it to the visions on marine drive (highly recommended) and told them what I wanted to do and the sales rep put the sub in the box i had ordered myself and wow it fit right in! All in all, I ended up taking a refund from the imperial street store and had everything done at the marine drive location. The installer Sean is also very meticulous (OCD) about the work he does which is a huge bonus to those who are skeptical about the quality of work on their vehicle. Overall very happy with the sound, and the alpine subwoofer really pounds hard with the JL JX1000 amp I have powering it. It just goes to show that the reason they lost my business and probably good commission was because of the ignorance of a few employees to not go that extra step forward for the customer and ensure that everything would fit properly. I will never be buying or recommending this location on imperial street to anyone, waste of your time.

I am extremely pleased with my remote start alarm, and my purchase experience with Visions Electronics. Service was excellent, from start to finish. Alexander (Alex) was my first contact there as he work at car audio,and I could not ask for better treatment, assistance, and guidance through this entire experience. As I discussed with Alex to install my remote start alarm on my car + the prices and benefits of the alarm , i set up an appointment with Alex, and a week later i dropped off the car for the installation of the unit, after couple of hours i got a phone call from Alex and he told me the car was ready . Alex was personable, very knowledgeable, and professional,he knows his stuff very well, 5 days later i went there as i was looking for a radar detector, i talked to Alex and he gave me some good advices an ended up buying an Escort Passport Max 360, im very pleased with the products and brands wich this guy suggest me , also all the other guys there where very helpful and nice,i would recommend VisionsElectronics at this location to all of my friends and family members, thank you VisionsElectronics and a big thanks to Alex.
