I have mixed feelings about dealing with this company i live in ontario and i knew fully going into this the car wouldnt be in as good of condition as they said it was. And as the pics werent the best i was going off of what the sales team was telling me.I was looking into a 1999 nissan skyline r34 gtt. Witch I was informed by the salesman the turbo was removed ( red flag should of went up in my head right there but didnt) was told I would just have to buy a turbo and intercooler etc put it in. Decided to buy this car as the cars with trubos were 5000 dollars more.. a month later I finally had it. My dream car rolling off the fat bed. And than I saw it " skyline gt-25 " on the trunk... that was the first problem. The 25-gts arent turbo.. mad me very mad but itis part my fault I did buy a car from the other side of Canada... brought the car for a safety. They did tell me that they can not guarantee the car will pass in other provinces but I dont understand how it pasted bc with blown out rear shocks ball joints done for. And a broken left upper control arm and a hOle in the muffler, and a short in the wiring for the parking lights witch I found after 4 days of striping the car ( was located behind the front wheel well) I fixed the issue. Still missing 2 of the 4 brakes lights though. They claim none of these were broken when it left the yard. And didnt seem to want to try and help me in anyway. But only haveing 2 kms up on the car( from the transporting guys as I had put it on a train ) I dont see how these could of broke. so off to the bank I go for another loan from the bank so I can get the car on the road... Once the car is all fixed up and ready to go its time to go to service ontario to get it plated. After 3 months and 9 visits of going in and out ( 3 of my visits were do to wrong paper work from velocity cars that was sent to me) I finally got the car on the road... All in all i am 17 grand in the hole with loans. I paid 8 grand for the car than they have there hindin fee and i paid 1500 for a 3 year warranty the rest went to parts and labor to fix the car. I do love the car it is like my second daughter to me.and Im glad I bought it even if I have to spend more money to get the trubo engine. I give the company 3 stars for the car( because of its condtion I got) but 1 star to the company its self do to the fact that I was told incorrect information about the car and the amount of things wrong with it and haveing to wait 2 months for paper work that they claimed they didnt need to give... I hope somones will read this and not make the same mistake I did. Just because they say its one thing doesnt mean it really it. Just because they say nothing is wrong with it doesnt mean it... Id buy another import in the futur. Just not from these guys again. Anyways I hope everybody out there gets the import they are looking for. Just be care full doing so.. Brandon, ottawa ontario ( Ill probably recive a replie from them trying to makeep it look like Im fully in the wrong here.)

After 3 month and 6000 km i had to say Goodbye to my old car. This is to everyone who is interested in buying a car at JDM. I went to Velocity cars in Burnaby to buy the first car Ive gotten from a dealer ship. From day one, the car was not working properly . I tried to maintain the car on my own, i put in $3000 on maintenance: changing the timing belt, changed the brake, All fluids, New Radiator. Also there warranty which was completely useless. They could not figure out my head gasket problems, the manager falsely promised to fix this. This ridiculous behavior continued for 3 to 4 months. In the end I had a car that basicly did not work whatsoever. Where I currently work I sold it to the dealership, where they put in $4000.00 of maintenance into it. THIS IS MY PERSONAL WARNING. Velocity cars Are sleazy crooks, do not fall for there flakey warranty. They dont run there business with quality and have zero respect for you as a car owner. Buyers beware. re Response from the ownera week ago After a purchase the customer brought the vehicle for additional tune-up. We have installed a brand new fuel filter, new spark plugs and cleaned the turbocharger at our costs. Every time after we have done a work with the car, the customer test-drove the car and was fully satisfied with the car condition and performance. Then, a month later the customer brought his car with a new radiator that was incorrectly installed by a third-party mechanic. Improper installation of non-original radiator has caused problems with cooling system. Customer submitted a complaint through independent controlling organization Motor Vehicle Sales Authority (VSA) of BC. After VSA has reviewed the complaint it didn’t find any faults from our side and declined customer’s claim. A free 1-year powertrain warranty that comes with every car covers engine, transmission, differential, turbocharger and towing only. The customer declined an opportunity of purchasing extended warranty that covers seals, gaskets, A/C, electrical issues, brakes, steering and so on. We openly provide customers with independent BC-safety reports, auction sheet, odometer certificate and warranty coverage information. I still have the paper work for the so called Extend warranty. And Still never received any paper work backing your SO called work on the forester. All i got from this car company was a busted lemon !! witch in paper work says u where going to fix it Update The Car was Fixed head Gasket job 4000$ was the cost +timing belt Another $700 Towing cost $700 . And the third part Radiator is in the car and still runing strong "radiator was provided from Surrey Radiator witch has been in business for 40 years" And front the question when i got the extend warranty witch i got will it cover head gaskets they said yes. Edit And noted i will look up the bill of sale to where there was a $500 extended warranty paid for on a 4999 car. And if needed i will google doc it to peg them down to another lie. this dealership will scam you.

I bought a Subaru Legacy in November. While looking at the car I noticed the fuel gauge was not working properly.. David and Victor fed me some bullshit that "David left the car running while putting fuel in it so that messed with the gauge". I told Victor I do not want to leave the lot until this problem is addressed. I was reassured there was no problem and the fuel gauge will reset its self. As I guessed there is an actual problem with the fuel gauge. I am from out of town so after a lot of ignored e-mails and some phone calls to them they decided they would send the part and get it installed where I live by a Subaru tech. To bad they didnt want to pay to get the problem actually looked at before they sent the wrong part and had that part installed... They are now refusing to send the proper part to have installed! They have told me that I have to take time off work, use my money to drive there, pay for a hotel/food while they look into the problem. This is complete bullshit!! They should send the proper part and have the Subaru tech here install it. Ive had nothing but problems with these morons since day one!! To start my car wasnt even on the lot when I arrived to buy it after Victor reassured me that my car would be ready to pick up the day I got there. I had to wait almost 2 hours for them to pick up my car and bring it to the dealership. The car arrived to the dealership and there was no stereo in it (the ad said there would be) they did give me $150 off the price but even so that should not have happened! So on top of all of that my car does not run properly. I did pay the extra $800 for extended warranty but to bad that warranty is garbage and David did not provide all the proper information regarding the warranty. Once I finally got my warranty package in the mail about 3 months after I bought the car I figured out it was a waste of money for me to purchase it anyways! My car is an automatic but stalls when Im stopped at a stop light sometimes, it shakes because the idle gets so low. So my overall advice is DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM VELOCITY CARS!!! You will be forever disappointed! My reply to your crappy comment- I definitely did not get to choose between 20 cars on the lot again another bullshit lie. Also I did not receive a $80 fuel card, you sent me a $30 fuel card.. Quit trying to make yourselves look good. You guys should know there are two fuel sensors in my car! You sent the least expensive one and said it would fix the problem, well it definitely did not. So Im still waiting for the proper fuel sensor to be sent! I did NOT agree on those "conditions" I told you that YOU will be sending the proper part to me and paying for it to be installed and you said ok but again reassured me there was no real issue. Once again I live 6 hours away, it will take my money and time to bring my car there for you guys to have it for a full day. Quit trying to play it off like you guys are so great and helpful because you ARE NOT!!
