GO AT YOUR OWN RISK. I chose the $13 Silver Wash, which didn’t clean any better than the $8 Bronze Wash my friend chose, but instead severely damaged the surface of my car, resulting into multiple paint chips on the body and deep scratches on the rear hatch. It’s unmistakable that they were all caused by the car wash because my vehicle is black and white markings are extremely conspicuous. Also, one of the paint chips is right above the door handle on the driver’s side. I look at that spot every day, and in particular, the day of and before I took my car to the wash I had just cleaned that area of bird poop. In fact, no amount of dust would be able to conceal or cover up any of the larger chips from sight simply because of their size. Contrary to the canned response given to every low rating, I think it’s possible for your vehicle to be damaged because the brushes can pick up and trap dirt and debris from each vehicle cleaned and drag all of that across yours. The brushes may as well be soft, but they’re also very, very dirty. I highly recommend that you AVOID SHINE AUTO WASH if you don’t want to risk damaging your car and the cost/trouble of repairs. It’s clear that management is not interested in taking responsibility and will deflect the blame. I’ve included photos of the deep abrasions on the rear hatch. Edit: After replying to my review they deleted the photos. Im going to reattach them. Shady business owners. Im not interested in wasting my time in an attempt to be compensated and dont need to prove anything. The results speak for themselves. Just putting it out there so people can make better, informed decisions.

DANGEROUS! I went for the FREE car wash when the promotion was there back in November. I at first was very happy with the wash but then that night while driving home it began to rain. That is when it got extremely dangerous!!! The moment it started to rain, the window started to fog up but an unusual condensation was being put onto the windshield. It was a haze so I put on the defroster but seemed to have no effect. I turned on the wipers only to discover it was on the OUTSIDE of the windshield and the wipers had absolutely NO EFFECT on the haze. It was at if you rubbed vaseline lightly on the window and attempted to view thru it.. Lights had a HALO effect and nothing was clear. Signs were completely unreadable and even trying to see where the street lane lines were was a task. I tried the washerfluid and wipers on full blast and it was clear (pardon the pun) that there was a film on the window. it was EXTREMELY DANGEROUS. I figured perhaps it was the car itself and didnt really think it could be the wash so last week I went back with a different car. I paid for the $18 (duplicate of that of the free promotion) and again was very happy with the results. UNTIL........... IT RAINED the same night (similar to the other car). THE EXACT SAME ISSUE AND NOW I HAVE TO SOME HOW REMOVE THE FILM BECAUSE ITS BASICALLY UNDRIVABLE IN THIS CONDITION IN THE RAIN. I SINCERELY CAUTION all those who are trying this station. Or at least perhaps avoid the CLEAR COAT (which I assume it the culprit) and hopefully it will be ok.

DO NOT BRING CAR HERE! Took my car in 2 nights ago and the day after noticed on hood of my van a long scrape of paint taken right off! Spoke with manager who claimed it must be due to a weak paint job. This is possible however there was no missing paint prior to the car wash so it definitely shows that the amount of force being put on your vehicle is quite strong. Strong enough to at least peel off a line of paint about 2 feet in length. Go at your own risk! Taking to my insurance company. In response to what the owner stated I did take it in the next day and the manager said it was "not possible" that the car wash could have done the damage. Take a look at the picture yourself and tell me what else could have scraped the paint off? It was late at night when the wash was done so only noticed damage in the morning. 99.9% sure it was the car wash that did it. Not much recourse other than to pay $300 deductible to have it fixed. Good luck customers. FYI there was no offer to view any video.

The service itself was wonderful. Wish it had captions for people who dont hear. I had to place my hand on the speaker to see if there was a speaker. Useless for me. I enjoyed the features it offered. The only thing that frustrates me is that I cannot use different coins to pay to use the vacuum (it doesnt accept quarters). I even went in at the store to get change. They would only give me one loonie. The man looked like he wont give me some. $3.00 for 4 minutes seem too high for my taste ( which is understandable, since you have one vacuum to use for each side of the car, but its no good if you are the only one who is cleaning up...you have to do the double work in the same amount of time compared to the other vehicles with two people). Sucks when you are new to the area. I think the vacuum should accept different coins (because its an excellent way to get rid of coins!).

For an automated car wash, this is as good as it gets. The service you receive is customizable, so you can get a decent wash for some pocket change or spend $23 on the highest level of service; this includes a variety of high quality foams, a wash of the undercarriage and Rain-X (among other features). Unfortunately, there are some areas that the machines consistently miss, but I still come here because the service is impeccable (very friendly and personable staff), its open 24/7, and I particularly like the fact that it washes the undercarriage (this is a rare but greatly appreciated service following the winter months to wash all the road salt off your vehicle). Lastly, its a very cool, unique and high-tech wash that is rather entertaining to watch. I will continue to come here and recommend that others at least give it a try.

I got my truck washed on a sunny day last week. I got the Silver package which included a "clear coat protectant". All and all I was pretty pleased with the results, that is until it started to rain. Last night I got in my truck and noticed that there was a weird film on the windshield. At first I thought it was just condensation but even after the truck gad warmed up it didnt go away. Whats worse is that as soon the lights from an oncoming car hit the windshield the glare that resulted left me unable to see where I was going. I had to find a gas station and use paper towel to scrub the film off the windshield, as not even a squeegee would remove it. Im not sure what brand of "clear coat protectant" they use but it definitely isnt rain-x. At any rate I probably wont go back unless the switch to a better brand of water repeller.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!, I tried the gold wash today, this is my second time after very long time, the guy who was in the front of the washing process didnt instruct me to take off the leg from the break, frankly I forgot the whole process, due to that automatic process was off for few minutes, then he came and instructed me not to cover the breaks, after coming out I have noticed my that my cars back bumper was out, I tried to contact the same guy about this, he asked me to wait, waited for half hour and left as he was the only guy responsible for the whole facility and busy, I had a bitter experience interms of wash too, wash didnt remove the bird poo properly, very very upset!!!.
