My friends and I used this company to go from Ladner to Pitt Meadows for my birthday (about a 45min-1 hour drive). On the way there we asked to stop as a gas station to use the restroom and were told we better hurry up because he had other places to be, in a very rude tone. I have taken party buses probably close to 50 times and every time have always had the driver stop for us to use the restroom. I originally had asked them to pick us up at 2am. About a week before, I tried calling and leaving voicemails to change the pick up time to 1am. I never heard back. I asked the driver on the day of when he arrived and he said he would try. At a about 1:30am the driver called to say the bus broke down and he would not be picking us up. I asked him to send another bus and he refused. I asked him to send taxis and he refused. We were stranded an hour away from home in the middle of the night after already paying the driver in full with no way home. Another friend of mine had the same thing happen except they were on the bus when it broke down. They had to call taxis to pick them up and pay for it themselves. ALSO, we needed 5 taxis and paid over $600 total on top of what we paid for the bus. Talk about a great birthday!

Oh what a blast! Amazing experience with Royal Limousine! On Nov. 2015 I rented the limo for a 2 hour drive for 6 adults. All was smooth and nice, great music, nice champagne, top notch entertainment gadgets, very clean and comfortable car and most of all the knowledge of the city attractions and the professionalism of our driver Mike. We all agreed at the end of the trip to lock the doors and sleep over because it was too nice and cozy. Unfortunately we had no control over the system and we had to say good bye to Mike and go to our homes. We will be back in Mike’s limo pretty soon for another and more fun ride. Until you try you will never know what I’m talking about. Thank you Mike!

This was the company I used for my prom last summer. I was very satisfied with their business. When i called, all i told them was how many people i had and they instantly knew what i needed. The price was right and so I booked. I am so glad I did because come prom, my driver was on time, the vehicle was clean, we were cruising. I heard from some of my classmates how their limo was half an hour late, or it smelled bad or their driver was driving recklessly. I didnt have any of these problems, their service was excellent. I would 10/10 book again!

I rented the Party bus limo for my Birthday. We ride one hour from Main Street to Grandville Street. Inside you have an excellent audio system so, you can put your own music with high quality. Also has a HD Screen, but we didnt use it. The driver was a professional, and everybody had a great experience. My friends said to me they have the best party ever, there was a big surprise. So i recommend this company for events or birthdays.

The service these guys offer is absolutely stellar. Their limousines look and feel brand new and going in one of them makes you feel like a king. A few buddies of mine and I took one of their limos downtown and had one hell of a time and we definitely plan on doing it again after the great experience we had with this company. Not to mention, we would recommend them to anyone else looking to rent a limousine.

My family and I just finished a beautiful vacation in British Columbia. We used Royal limos to get around and I have to say they were very pleasant to deal with. The limo was always on time and our driver was also very informative. We are really happy we booked with them because they made our trip to this amazing place that much better. I have to say, I was a little apprehensive when looking for a limo for my wedding (since you hear all the horror stories with late and dirty cars and rude drivers), but Royal limos did an amazing job. The driver, Matt, was super nice and on time and the limo was beautiful. They even decorated it for us. We had an all around great experience so I thought I should let others know. Definitely check them out.

We have used a few limo services over the past years for our trips to Whistler and so far the Royal Limo Service Vancouver has been the best. Our driver Daniel was very nice, professional and willing to help with any of our requests. On top of this, the rate was very reasonable! Thank you guys and keep up with the good service!

I used Royal Limousine for a friends birthday recently. One of the few limo companies that will respond to emails and comes on time. The limos are also a lot cleaner and more enjoyable than some of the other vancouver limo services. A safe bet for any special events.

Girlfriend booked a limo never received a phone call then the limo left. They claimed they had waited 20 minutes but we went out and checked and the limo was not there. After getting a hold of them again they were unable to get a limo to us
