1) No customer service, the reception was rude, when I asked for oil change appointment, the reception said, "If you did not book appointment online, then drop off your car, it will take a few hours. Do you want to wait?" Sound like, you dont want my business. Since I have busy schedule, I just set the appointment on next day morning. 2) When I arrived half an hour early for my appointment, another reception said that my car will be the next one for service. Unfortunately, I have to wait another 15 mins after my original appointment. 3) the promotion broad shows $39 oil change, plus tire rotation. After the service, the tech guy said, customer did not ask for tire rotation at reception, so this oil charge service did not included. It mean that is customers false, the reception also has never asked me or explain the oil change package is included tire rotation during promotion period. 3) when I showed the online coupon before the reception complete the payment transaction. The reception said, I already gave you discount. The final payment is > $50, the reception explained that is environment fees...etc. So, I made the payment by credit card. Once I received the receipt, it does not show discount. Since was rush, I just dont want to waste time with this store. 4) Once I picked up my car, I saw that is dirt finger print on door, because the tech guys fingers, plus my hand was dirt because of steering wheel. 5) When I was waiting, I also heard other customer complained their service, so I am not surprised to have this bad service.

I been sending my car into Midas for the past few years and they would charge me thousands of dollars to get fixed, only to have the car in need of repair within 6 months. Nothing that I had fixed there lasted long. I decided to give them one last chance as I brought it to the Burnaby location. brought my girlfriends car in there to have a diagnostic test last week and when we got the car back, the passenger door would not lock. My girlfriend went there and got it locked but now you cant open the door from the outside, only from the inside. So instead of having our car get better, it got worse. When I talked to the guy there, he said they did not touch the door at all, when clearly it was working fine before.

I think they did a good job. The manager (John) took the time to breakdown what hed charge me, answer my questions and show me first hand what was going on with my tires...... he was also open to listen to my wife over the phone who was asking for free stuff!! (Saturday Nov8) The associate (Aaron) who actually performed the job (Monday Nov10) also took the time to explain what he was doing which shows respect for your customer. he also showed patience when I was in his office waiting with my three kids messing around. keep it up guys......Ill be right there for my free oil change next time.....

Went there for my car oil change the manager John is rude, is not pleasant he told me the price about break pad or rotor price, when I asked him to write down, he said no you do it, my day is bad. He told me front break pad plus Rotor and break fluid the price is 875 plus tax. when I phone the Westwood Honda the total price for front break pad plus rotor and break fluid is 689 plus tax you can see the different, first time for oil change there not going back there again. According to my 2 neighbors, they went there too, they experience the same manager John is rude.

Great service and decent pricing. Recently took my car in for an oil change. Knowledgeable. Can book appointments online. Even though my selected time slot wasnt available, they called and offered some additional options which worked out better for me. Service was quick and started prior to my scheduled time.

This place is OK except for one thing they are cheaters , they told me I had two nails in two of my car tires !!? (Yes two ) . I totally freaked out but nevertheless I decided to drive somewhere else to change the tires and when I got there the guy told me he cant find any nails and the tires are OK !!
