I was forced to buy another car when my 2001 Intrepid hit a deer and was written off. I was on the verge of buying a nearly identical Intrepid from you because at least I’d know what I was getting. You put me on hold to get someone to write it up. When you came back I’d been browsing the web and said “hold up, I’m now looking at the 2008 Subaru Impreza.” I don’t know how to buy a car and I certainly didn’t know what to look for in terms of what I wanted or didn’t want. But I did feel I was getting genuine good service from you. I signed up for the Subaru. It was hard adapting to a new car when I loved my old one so much. I really missed the big old Intrepid. But as time went on the Subaru gave me plenty of reason to love it. It began with the first massive snow dump—before I’d even gotten winter tires for it yet. That little puppy just rolled its wheels through the deep snow with no effort whatsoever. I know that that particular snow dump would have had my Intrepid sliding and likely getting stuck. That kind of weather only happens a couple of times a year here in the Cariboo but it’s never a good time to get stuck, right? I made it through that winter and the other seasons of 2015 with zero problems. I got to enjoy the car more and more. I even got to liking the colour. The happy thing too, was that everyone loved the car. I took it in to my mechanic in July for its first oil change. When I went to pick it up, he said, “That’s a really nice car you’ve got there.” My mechanic is very careful about complimenting or criticizing cars—very noncommittal when asked. So to have him just offer this up was quite something. People all over the place saying, “Hey, nice car.” Starting with where I buy gas. Then work, the mechanic, and even public places. This winter, well, there have been a few major snow dumps up here and the Subaru shrugs it off like it’s nothing. I love the extras in it for winter such as the seat warmers. I’m more than happy with the mileage and performance I’m getting from it. I’m getting 8.8 L/100km average (my driving is both highway and town). I’ve gotten it as low at 6.9 on highway trips. I think using the sportshift helped me keep mileage down. But on the highway I love the sportshift also for quick passing of another car. I wanted to let you know I love the car and it has been good to me--because I took a big leap of faith having to purchase a vehicle sight unseen. I’m glad I did it from Metrotown and that I ended up with an awesome little car.

Ok where do I even begin... Came over to Burnaby from Van isle to buy my dream Fiat sport 500 which was white, the deal was done I drive away from the dealership and get 2km down the road when all of a sudden the check engine light comes on and the car has virtually no power at all!!! So I drive back to the dealship (barley) turns out the throttle sensor had burnt out! I was so angry, being a first time buyer I was like wow I am never doing this again!!!!! Ricardo (Manager) was sooooo awesome he ended up accommodating me by offering me different fiats with lower kms for the same price and even went as far to offering to get the throttle sensor fixed and to take the fiat over to Nanaimo a week later. I ended up going with the black fiat, which I like more than the white one now! I am very happy with my decision on the black one! Now let me remind you I was spitting blood angry and Ricardo kept his cool and tried joking with me even tho I was being a spoiled little brat (guilty as charged lol) I ended up having to redo all the paper work and Ben the finance guy was so awesome! Because of what had happened with the white fiat they gave me the extended warranty for a smoking deal!!!!! These guys are awesome! Ricardo i told you I would review you and here I am!!! I was such a little jerk and he was super awesome to me and did everything he could to make me happy! Including paying for my ferry ride back to the island! Ben is so good at his job he was soooo good at explaining everything that even I understood what he was saying LOL. These guys are awesome all around, if you are thinking of getting a new or slightly used car I would 100% recommend these guys, I felt taken care of 100% and will be back one day....I promise I wont be such a jerk this time Ricardo ;) LOL

Ive been looking for a new/used vehicle since August this year and looked at many different brands. I *love* the Lancers, but I had a terrible experience at another Mitsubishi dealership because they were pushy and didnt have a vehicle I liked ... almost giving up hope, I decided to stop by Metrotown Mitsubishi quickly. Jason helped me as soon as I came in, I told him what I wanted and I immediately fell in love with the used black Lancer SE that had red Mitsubishi emblems! Jason showed me all the features and how the paddle-shifters worked, and let me drive it to fully test out how it handles. He let me test drive it TWICE even, and we made a very reasonable price and he even threw in extras! Before picking it up, I got picked up from the skytrain via Mitsubishi Shuttle (Thanks Ezkeel!!). That was really nice because I didnt have a vehicle anymore! Ben helped me with all the paper work, he was very patient and clear and answered all my questions about extra warranty/insurance. Jacky helped me with putting on the license plates and showed me how to use the Blutooth. Everyone was helpful, I would recommend anyone to go here if they want a sexy Lancer! Friendly & knowledgeable staff willing to listen and do anything they can for you! Thank you, everyone at Metrotown Mitsubishi! I will be seeing you again :)

I recently purchased a Mitsubishi RVR from Metrotown Mitsubishi and have not stopped raving about my experience to all of my friends and family! As a woman, I found it extremely intimidating walking into a dealership to purchase a car. I went to a number of dealerships in Vancouver and always felt as if I was being taken for a ride in some way... A soon as I walked into Metrotown Mitsubishi I felt at ease. The salesman, Tao Fu, was fabulous! The sales people do not work on commission and you can tell! He was genuinely interested in my experience at the dealership and patiently answered all of my questions throughout the process. When I decided on the car I wanted, I was brought Joseph Zamora. Another amazing guy! He was very transparent about the cost of the car vs. the value. He made sure to give me the full history and even gave me a number of options when I enquired about financing. I would buy another vehicle from this dealership in a heartbeat and have referred all of my girlfriends to Joseph and Tao. Their casual, yet professional approach is unlike anything I have ever experienced at a dealership. Well done Mitsubishi Metrotown! You have acquired a new customer for many years to come!
