I just wanted to drop a line to express my appreciation for the team here especailly Kathy. Being in an accident and carless is a huge inconvenience and highly stressful. Kathy handled my repairs and took care of me from A to Z. She single handlely arranged my tow, dealt with ICBC, set me up with a replacement vehicle and kept me posted during repairs. She was professional, very knowledgeable but what sets her apart is that I felt she really cared. I felt she went above and beyond for me which is rare these days. Service like this is hard to come by. It was such a pleasure being helped by someone that is so customer service driven and positive. Its calming in times of stress. Thank you again Kathy! You made the process a breeze!

I took my car into the shop on Wednesday to get repaired (a few days ago). I received a courtesy car in exchange for the next few weeks. This morning (Friday), I woke up to snow on the road and had a hard time getting to work. I called Kirmac this morning, and within the hour I had an upgraded courtesy car brought to my work. Im blown away by the customer service! Thank you very much Scott for showing up to my door and saving my day. I didnt think this was possible with all the snow on the roads, you have no idea how thankful I am. Thank you thank you :)!

I loved the experience I had here at Kirmac. Kathy, John, and the rest of the team were so friendly and professional! Their customer service and work far exceeded my expectations. I brought my Subaru STI in for replacement parts thinking thats all that I would get but, when I picked up my car they even put in the effort to fix a large clear coat scratch, dents, and a patch of paint that was missing the size of a Oreo. I couldnt be happier as my car is looking beautiful after the detailing. I highly recommend that everyone checks them out!

Bring it in for a simple chip repair, 90% of the time explaining your glass will be crack or broke and we are not responsible if we do repair on it. After hearing I was going to bring to ICBC to check it, the estimator try to convince me not to go and they can provide the service here for the entire windshield replacement and documentation...LOL....then I left and bring my car couple blocks down to another glass shop have it done in less than 30 mins. Well, thats my experience...by the way..its royal oak location

It was one of the best experiences Ive had with an auto collision company. My side mirror got damaged by a hit and run; pretty upset and annoyed of the situation, brought into Kirmac and Scott did a fantastic job of helping me from his upbeat attitude to his service. He reassured me that hell take care of everything and I will be in good hands. I really appreciate his team and his efforts in restoring my car back to what i remember it to be. Will definitely come back to Kirmac again.

I had an excellent experience at the North Burnaby location. I was impressed by how knowledgable, friendly and efficient the staff were. This was my first time having my car repaired and the team at Kirmac made it a very positive experience. I was well informed throughout the duration of the repair on how the progress was coming along and staff were flexible, with my work schedule, around pickup. I will definitely be recommending this location to my friends and family!

I didnt know where to go when I had someone rear end my car. I looked around and found this shop close to my home. They were fantastic! They did a great job with my car! I could not be more satisfied!! They checked my car out and fixed everything, (Thank you, to Andrew for buffing those scuff marks out!!) from someone rubbing my bumper in a parking lot!! If you need a place to get your car fixed, THIS IS THE PLACE TO TAKE IT!

Cant go wrong taking my 2008 CRV to get a $4,000 claim looked after. Good follow through from start to finish. Yes, Ryanne is so nice to speak to. Courtesy car and all. No regrets, coming here or recommending them to a friend. Expert craftsmanship, car all clean from inside to outside when done. Ryanne made everything so easy. This company is all about customer quality and service. I liked that very much.

I had a damaged sun roof. No other establishment could help me until I went to Kirmac. Even though Kirmac has never done the job that I needed, they stepped up and took on the work. The work was great, the service was brilliant. I was very happy with the overall work and service and I recommend this shop in particular to anyone. I really appreciate the professionalism that the manager, Scott Chen presented during my service. I had issues with another company before where they damaged my transmission. Scott was upfront of all the stages of the repair and where my vehicle would be at each stage. He also made the decision that he would be the only one to drive my car, even though it would be time out of his day.

We had a last minute repair before the long weekend. It was either get the car fixed or scrub the weekend plans These guys really delivered! They didnt have to stay late on the day before the holidays. They didnt have to wait for us to get through traffic. They didnt have to fix the car in record time. But they did.

great experience all around! fantastic upbeat approachable staff, especially ryanne the receptionist! they made my car extra shiny as well after the body work and put on a nice quality muffler cover that i didnt have before so that was a pleasant surprise. i recommend this company. thanks guys! :)

I wanted perfect and I got it perfect. Estimate is the most precise of all their competitors in area, they accepted car soonest, I was briefed almost daily about status of repair and car was delivered clean and polished. Highly recommended.

Had to fix my car after it was rear ended. The process and the service was good. No complaints. The jobs was done on time and within estimate. My only issue was that I had Windows covered in a mist of paint that took a while to clean off.
