I think its pretty important to understand that my initial experience was with this business. Jyoti was pleasure to deal with and I fealt confident heading into my wedding day that I could rely on to provide reliable professional service for my wedding day. On the day however the driver was late for the initial pick up. After the ceremony the driver stepped on my wifes dress on two occassions while trying to attend the door. Most baffling of all he had no idea where we going after the ceremony. I actually had to call up the email his office had sent me containing the itinerary for the day on my phone for clarification. This in and of itself merrited a complaint. When dealing with Raj the manager things really took a turn for the worse. After recieving my complaint he asks what I would like to make it right. I asked for half my money back. His responce was a time stamped GPS photo showing the limo being in the area at the agreed upon time, the statement that the driver was denying stepping on the dress, that he did in fact know where he was going and was simply asking for a short cut and an offer of the return of my 15% gratuity. When I asserted that this was not something that occured in the real world, he retorted by trying to poke holes in my assertion stemming from the fact I could not confirm the initial lateness of the limo. Imagine that. A groom not being at the location his bride was getting ready at on her wedding day. What I do have is a text from my bride upset that it the limo was not there. 16 minutes after the time he was supposed to be. I digress. Needless to say they can keep their gratuity if for no other reason than it will lend creadence to the assertion that these are not people you want to do business with. The service was incompetant at best and devolved into unprofessional and combative when it was brought to there attention. Enjoy the money boys. It will be the last cent you see from me or anyone in my acquaintance.

I attended a wedding recently where this service was hired - the service was a disaster. Ive never seen such unprofessionalism from whats normally considered to be a professional industry. My guess is this guy was used to party busses and grad limo driving NOT formal affairs. I felt so bad for the bride a groom having to deal with this guys lack of awareness and organization. Generally a limo driver should know where hes going, be there on time and NOT STEP ON THE BRIDES DRESS...... TWICE!!! ----- Thank you for your response to my review, as I anticipated your response revealed perfectly the true service customers can expect from your company. Blame the paying customer for your staffs actions and not trusting that your paying customers are being honest about events taking place. As you stated you werent there but have sided with the driver not your client, regardless of multiple people coming forward to verify the complaint. As your customer stated to you over the phone, its not about the refund anymore.... its about the principal. You are correct the public can read and decide for themselves if they would like to use your services after seeing the reviews ... thats the beauty of Google review.

I have dealt with Raj for over 6 years. We started using Raj and his company for local high end corporate transportation. During this time Raj and his team even organized and booked all of our company executives ground transportation when they were out of town, dealing with other limo companies in cities such as LA, Vegas, Chicago and New York. Their service made my life so much easier and when a mistake was made by an out of town company Raj and company always made it right! I then started using his company for my personal needs. They are #1 in my books and who I always recommend for personal and VIP travel. Integrity and honesty are big with Raj. In my experience (dozens of bookings) things almost always run flawlessly but if there is been a mistake they are the first ones to take responsibility and make it right. Keep up the great work! I look forward to another 6 years of dealing with you guys!

My cousin rented a Kavanagh limo for his wedding, the AC was not working in 31c heat, the the limo was easily 40c inside, all the ladys makeup were beginning to run, everyones nice dresss and suites were soaked from sweating. I personally got a bit of heat exhaustion and ended up feeling sick. My cousin asked the driver for help and he was very nice and cooperative and gave him his employers number to call. The manager was not helpful, was argumentative, and used unprofessional language toward my cousin and did not show any interest in resolving the situation at hand. A sad thing when a groom has to make a call like this on his wedding day. At the end of it all my cousin did not get the full amount refunded to his credit card he was promised, nor a credit with the company. This bad experience was never fully rectified in the end.

I booked/reserved a limo with Kavanagh Limo Service for our family group of 9 to celebrate my husbands birthday this past weekend. Starting early in the morning, we had a full day of activities/stops planned, ranging from Abbotsford to Vancouver and Langley. Our driver Ken was always on time, he was helpful, friendly and professional. The limo was in excellent condition and we even got a free upgrade in limo - which was an unexpected surprise! We couldnt have asked for more. The pricing was competitive and booking the reservation was a breeze - even with all the stops and activities we had planned. A big THANKS to their team for helping to make our day of celebrations top-notch. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them in the future, or use them again myself. Thank you!

The limo company doesnt allow you a reasonable amount of time to get on the limo like any normal limo company does. They charged us extra because we took longer than 10 mins getting in the limo. They start the time when they show up, even if they are 15 to 20 mins early. Apparently we took 1.5 hours of their time when in actuality we took maybe 40 mins max (we had proof with pics of time stamps of how long the driver actually waited) and they still charged the credit card on file for 90 mins. The driver was rude and had a big ego. I will never ever ever use these guys again. They dont understand how to deal with large parties. They lack patience and proper business sense. These guys were terrible.

Married in October .. this company was recommended to us.. boy what a disappointment. The brides limo showed up 45 minutes late.. Father of the bride was frantic on the phone playing phone tag with the dispatch and the driver who was apparently "turning around" for 20 minutes. Meanwhile the bride and bridesmaids were standing in pouring rain waiting.. Pathetic service on someones special day, the driver was clueless and didnt help load bags into the trunk even.. bridedmaids were expected to do it themselves.

A friend of mine was recently married. First of all they showed up late to the brides house. They had NO idea where we were going, nor did they have the email which had a detailed easy to follow plan on her big day. AND! He stepped on her dress to boot not once but twice. When they called to make this right, my friend was treated with suspicion and basically told they were a liar. Poor customer service and terrible complaint resolution
