Fix auto did a great job on our vehicle and went out of their way to ensure that we were satisfied. First I would like to start out by saying that we had 3rd party insurance thru Canadian Northern Sheild (CNS) insurance which I had never had before. My insurance agent at Westland stated I would be saving money and getting more value by going with them rather than with everything through ICBC. I believed them. However when I went to get my car fixed on a "no fault" claim, they stated to my surprise that there was preexisting damage on my bumper in addition to the smuck on my bumper from this accident and that I would be on the hook for part of the repair. Imagine my shock when they informed me this! At this point my vehicle had been in the shop for 3 days and I had no knowledge of this damage. The CNS agents attempted to get me to pay for this repair and when we advised them to tell the body shop to avoid that area that they claimed there was previous damage, they said that the body shop may not do this. Long story short, the body shop, FIx Auto picked up the tab and went beyond the call and fixed the full thing on their dime! Thanks FIX AUTO!!! *****

I was recommended this shop by the insurance company. The customer service was excellent, they dealt with my vehicle on a day that the shop was closed - they went out of their way to accommodate me. I also really appreciated that during the repair, they would provide me with updates on my vehicle. I didnt have to worry about how long it would take as I knew the estimated time of completion (and they were right on time!) I got the car back and the body work was fantastic - you couldnt tell that there was any damage. The vehicle was thoroughly detailed, it felt like a brand new vehicle. I would highly recommend Fix Auto for auto body repair. Thanks to Jag and his team for the great work and taking great care of my vehicle - you guys are AWESOME! :)

Im very happy with the service I had at this fix auto location. The side door of my car got damaged during a MVA and I was directed to fix auto by my insurance. The staff there were very attentive and provided detailed assessment and explanation on how they plan to fix the car. The car was fixed in a timely fashion and I was quite happy with the result. It looks brand new after the repair. They even washed and did detailed cleaning of the interior of the car as well. They also gave me a very detailed itemized receipt on the repair conducted. I was quite impressed by the professionalism of the staff at this shop. I would highly recommend this shop to others.

My new car slipped on black ice on New Years Eve and suffered serious damage upon hitting a telephone pole. I was recommended to this body shop by my dealership for repairs and was extremely impressed by the quality of service I received. Jag and his staff were friendly, transparent, communicative and courteous and went out of their way to make sure I was completely satisfied. The car looks new again, waxed and professionally detailed. I never expected my car to look the same again after the accident, but it does! Fantastic service. If you need anything repaired for your car, just bring it to Jag. Recently had my bumper/ trunk fixed after an accident. He took care of everything. The car looks brand new. Quality of work is top notch and customer service is phenomenal. Paint matched perfectly. Car was cleaned inside and out when I got it back. Courtesy car was brand new. Didnt have any issues whatsoever. Jag is honest. He knows what he is doing and goes above and beyond. If I ever need to fix my car again, he will for sure have my business. I definitely recommend him to anyone needing to get their car repaired!

The service I received at fix auto body shop from Jag and other employees was highly professional and friendly. They were very prompt in responding and the work they did on my car was very fast. Everything was explained properly unlike a lot of auto shops. They really went beyond what is expected of them or what is considered standard when fixing my car. the work on my car was perfect. This Auto body shop is amazing, someone had hit my car and the entire left back door had to be replaced. Not only did Jag and the amazing employees at BC auto body have my car finished within a timely manner but they also made it look like a brand new car. My car looked spotless and the quality in their work is evident. Jag, Dino and the team dealt with my ICBC repair with a level of professionalism I had yet to experience with a body shop. They were fast, easy to communicate with, transparent, and patient with my lease company. When my vehicle was finished they did a fantastic job matching colours between the plastic bumper and metal body (which almost never goes right), and had my vehicle completely detailed! These guys are excellent, I was thoroughly impressed and would highly recommend them!

Had an ICBC repair for my bumper due to a rear ender. Received exceptional service at Fix Auto Burnaby! Received a new courtesy car while my car was being repaired. Upon pick up, I was impressed how the paint on the bumper matched better than original. The car was cleaned inside and out including the wheel rims and engine. Also major scuff and scrape marks to the side of the car that were not related to the accident were polished away. A very happy customer! Bo Chew

Needed to get some work done on my car and after visiting many shops decided on Fix Auto. The service and attention to detail was EXCELLENT and I found that the owner and hands on operator Jag was very upfront and honest. They did a superb job on my car and went above and beyond to polish out a few other scratches my car had. To top it off, I received my car nicely cleaned and detailed inside and out. Would definitely recommend this place. 5+ stars.
