my battery had died on my car on a cold rainy day. I was forced to walk to Edmonds batteries, little did I know I was about to meet my saviour. The young man in the pictures had greeted me at the door he had a twinkle in his eye when he said to me"awful wet outside isnt it?" He then wrinkled his nose and took off his jacket he said "I go by jessy, but you can call me friend." He threw me his jacket and gave me a wink. He said "put that on and warm up, there is a fireplace inside that you can warm your toes". I said "thank you" and proceeded inside the store. He sat me down and towelled off my hair. He said here and handed me a large hot cup of cocoa. "How may i help you" I Explained to him what I needed and he proceeded to the back to find me a battery, he came back and said take me to your car. We walked 14 blocks together, he was in a tshirt and I was in his jacket we were both soaked. After what seemed like an eternity we got to my car. He said "sit down in your car and stay dry Ill have his installed in no time." He installed my battery and told me to start it up. I started the car and screamed with joy. I looked at him and with a wink of his eye and a twist of his head, Soon gave me to know I had nothing to dread; He spoke not a word, but went straight to his work, He filled My heart with joy and then turned with a jerk, And laying his finger aside of his nose, And giving a nod, from beneath the car hood he rose; He sprang back to his work, to his team gave a whistle, And away he walked like the down of a thistle, But I heard him exclaim, as he walked out of sight, "Excellent customer service to all, and to all a good-night."!

First of all, I called ahead of time to make sure they had a battery I needed. The person on the phone was wonderful he informed me they did have the battery. Upon going to the store I walked in and there was no staff to be seen or heard of. I waited 10 minutes and finally a very slow moving employed informed me without even looking that "no, they did not have the battery" even though, I had just called that morning and I was informed they did. He suggested I just buy a battery charger, so I grabbed one off the shelf. He told me I would have to wait because he was doing an instal. So I waited at the front desk. All I wanted to do was pay for the charger and go, after waiting for another 15min at which time the employee still did not return, so I never got the battery charger and I wasted my time even going there in the first place. I think they need to re-evaluate who they hire for customer service and what kind of service they want their customers to experience.

I phoned ahead to make sure I didnt need an appointment and that the battery I was sure I would need was in stock! On arrival I met Jesse who said he would just check my old battery first, which he did! He explained what he was doing and why. After cleaning the contacts and tightening up a couple of things, he assured me my battery would probably last me a couple more years. The car started perfectly. Jesse then told me there was no charge! Of course I was delighted. Jesse was personable, knowledgeable and professional! I will definitely return to Edmonds Batteries when this one bites the dust! Great to see good service is not dead! Thanks Jesse!

Emailed them, and they had my battery in stock, and got price. Drove by a couple days later and got the exact perfect battery I needed, it was identical to my stock battery, at the price I was quoted. They checked the battery in front of me to show me it was in excellent condition, capped it off, and I was happily on my way. Over a year later, I finally put the battery in my truck (my current batt was dieing, not dead till a few days ago) and everything works like brand new. I would drive far out of my way to do business with them again.

Absolutely TOP-NOTCH customer service. After buying a battery 3 years ago from these guys, today I came in with a loose connection that due to OEM/aftermarket incompatibilities could not be fixed, left with a newer model battery that solved all my problems.
