Stay away from this business! They cannot get reservations correct, and have poor customer service. I unfortunately scratched the van I rented, and despite having their $25.99 insurance coverage and paying a $1,000 deductible on a scratch that wouldnt cost $1,000 to repair, two months after this I get something in the mail just before Christmas, saying I owe them $4000+ more! Why? Because apparently I didnt call the police within 24 hours of scratching this van, in a private parking garage, where no other vehicles or people were involved. Having spoken to the British Columbia Insurance Company (ICBC) and the Vancouver Police Department, BOTH have given me statements that it is not a legal requirement to contact police in this situation, and that police would not bother to report a case/file number with such a small incident that was not deemed to be a traffic accident. Discount is threatening legal action against me as a result, which I find to be completely a fear tactic and superfluous. Do not do business with this company, they will milk a small scratch on a van for as much as possible, this is absolutely ridiculous!

Booked online and noticed that they werent open for when we were to return the vehicle. As we needed a shuttle ride back to the airport I sent an email stating that if no shuttle, we would have to book elsewhere. Got confirmation that early shuttle was booked. Arrived at location and was told no early shuttle. Operations Manage Mel Tugade offered to refund our taxi fare if I emailed him the receipt. Have emailed it twice and no response. Charged us $50 more than booked online with only 300 km per day rather than the unlimited mileage we booked. Did not have right vehicle or the GPS option we booked so took well over an hour to get a vehicle. Would not book with them again.

Great staff. Very friendly and helpful. Martin was extremely helpful. I brought my car and as not able to leave it on their lot while I borrowed their truck. I had to park it on the street a couple blocks down and he came with me in another vehicle and picked me up so I did not have to walk back to their office. Really went above and beyond my expectations. I usually rent from U-Haul but not anymore! Thanks again!

They respond anytime of the day or night and on any day of the week and their product is some of the best Ive ever rented and Ive doing this for over 20 years! A well-run truck rental location! The high-top panel vans are GREAT for moving and a welcome option to moving with clunky Uhaul vans. Rachel and the other staff are well organized, helpful and offer service with a genuine smile. Highly recommend!
