I was recently involved in a collision and was referred by my insurance company to bring my car in to the 5608 Imperial St. location for repairs. However, my experience here was a complete nightmare. I brought my 2011 BMW 328i in to have damage on the door repaired. Everything seemed to be alright until the day I picked up my car. When I arrived, one of the employees had parked my car on top of a cement barrier causing significant damage to the bottom of the front bumper. I then had to bring my car in 2 weeks later to get the bumper repaired. A week later I had noticed that they had forgotten to reinstall the weather strip inside the door frame so I had to bring my car back in for the THIRD time. I made an appointment to have it fixed and they had promised me a courtesy car first thing in the morning, as I had an important meeting that same morning. At my arrival, no courtesy car was available as I was promised. Although they arranged a rental car from enterprise across the street at my arrival, I had already wasted an hour and ended up missing my meeting. At this point I figured, how much worse can it get? The day I picked up my car for the THIRD time, I phoned Boyd to make sure my car was ready upon my arrival as I was short on time. They had told me my car would be ready to go waiting outside. Everything seemed repaired as normal so I started to drive away and turned the radio on and then noticed that the speakers werent working. At this point I turned around and went back to Boyd asking for the manager to explain how frustrated and angry I was about my overall experience. He took my keys and said hell go check my car. TWO hours later, they finally had my car ready to go. I initially brought my car in on April 13th 2017 and I had just picked up my car for the FOURTH time on June 15th 2017. I would not recommend anyone to bring their car into this location and would leave no stars if possible. CRIMINAL FRAUD scammers of ICBC -Do not go here this place will be your worst nightmare and 0 accountability, empty promises will keep you coming back over and over again due to their negligence. I swear a novice highschool student could do better body work. They will over charge hours and claim that certain work has been done to get the fat cheque from icbc. After you inspect the work thoroughly you will discover the truth. ie: the door was supposedly replaced, well I had the panel off for speaker work and there was about 40 spot welds from pulling a dent, they also used masking tape to loosely affix the vapor barrier. Well my custom speaker baffle is now ruined because of the moisture. There are several other examples that I could prove as well. They will cut corners and hope you wont notice. Just do yourself a favor and do not go here for anything! Its plain madness there is 0 accountability here on a cooperate level or this individual franchise. They have completely destroyed the resale value of my vechile. I will be pursuing this matter to the fullest extent possible, and I encourage anyone else who has had a similar incident to do so also, they are abusing the system and our trust, its costing us all in premium. In response: Please provide a email address and phone number for a supervisor of the district or a contact at head office.

Hands down the worst experience with a repair shop I have ever seen in all my life! Look at the photos and see the horror! Lets not forget to mention that this was the re due from the first failed attempt. Untruth and deceit were common practice here. Months have past and I have still not received a phone call from head office, or an offer of compensation for the depreciation to my vehicle. Not to mention loss of use (almost 2 weeks) and a whole lot of stress. I was tricked and miss lead, dont allow yourself to be a victim of Boyd Autobody and Glass. Reading the other reviews its pretty obvious that this is all too common practice. The claim number # AS20320-3 A 37A Still no response this is obviously a bot who responded to my post.

I called in to get an estimate for a window install. The rep said I would need to bring it in so they could inspect it. I told him, its just the window and that it had been broken by a vandal looking for spare change. The rep then said to me again, "I wont give you a quote over the phone", with attitude. Im used to companies telling me what they will do, not what they wont. Just terrible customer service from these guys, regardless of price, I wouldnt do business there. Every other company I called, was able to give me a quote.

I live close so I thought I would see if they could polish my Cadillac. After talking to the staff there I have 0 confidence in their ability to do the job. While in the waiting room I read the reviews here, thank you Abby! You saved me a lot of grief no doubt.
