4 months since purchase and I have a rear tire that has worn to wires. We were told 4 new tires were put on and 4 months later they telling me only 2 new tires had to be put on. I was emailed an invoice showing my vin number and that 4 new tires were put on. Bonnie the lady who sold the car says that was an error and it was supposed to be in another file. The invoice Ive been emailed has nothing to do with it Bonnie says the inspection report is all that matters even though there is an invoice saying my vehicle has 4 brand new tires and it only has 2. Id almost got into an accident because of this tire that was worn down to the wires in the inside. So after all is said and done I got back in to see the owner Tyler and he has gone above and beyond to get everything worked out. A miscommunication has been resolved and I am a happy owner again. Thank you Tyler.

On a weekend day, we came to see a car that was posted online. They changed the price a few minutes before we showed up. They knew we were coming, so it wasnt an accident. They then lied about the price jump, claiming that it was a different car that we saw online with the lower price. I checked my phone immediately, and saw that it was the same car. When we called him out on it, he changed his story saying it was the same car, but that the lower price was a "weekday" price and that the new price was the "weekend" price. *dead fish eyes* They wouldnt budge on the price even though it was a thousand dollars lower just half an hour prior. Not cool. We walked away.

Right from the point of initial contact John was so professional and helpful. I cannot praise him enough. He got me into the exact model of car I was looking for and just below the monthly amount I was looking to pay. I had a minor issue that was dealt with swiftly and without hesitation. I would recommend this place to all my family and friends. Every other dealership I went to was trying to stuff me into a small sub compact car, but Bonnie was able to get me a great rate and into a nice looking truck, at a payment that I could manage easily. Definitely coming back to see her when I want to upgrade my truck.

I purchased a brand new 2014 Dodge Journey, The service was excellent from the selection of the vehicle to the delivery. They got me a finance rate that was less than half of what I was paying on a used vehicle. You gotta love saving money! I would certainly purchase a second vehicle from BC Auto Centre
