I bought a car PRIVATELY from the manager "Simon". He had me meet him at the dealership and let me take the car for a test drive but stated "only to the end of the block because these plates arent for this car" So I drove the car to the end of the block and it seemed to drive fine. He assured me the car has been regularly serviced and inspected by his garage at the dealership. I asked him if there were any problems I needed to know about, he said "no" and Gave me his word. So I decided to purchase the car, on my drive home after driving it for about 5-10 minutes it started to stall while I was at intersections. So I took it to a mechanic who told me what the problem was, and that it would have been clear to anyone who drove this car (ie the previous owner) that there was indeed a problem. So I promptly called Simon and asked for an explanation as to why he misrepresented the car and himself to me. He then basically said it is a final sale and he was not open to negotiations of any kind as he had me sign a paper stating it was a private sale in a sort of go ya tone. In the end it does come down to me not getting it checked at a mechanic before I bought it, just on the word of someone. He went out of his way to mislead me and also downright lie to me. So if you choose to buy a vehicle from BB I suggest not dealing with Simon as his view on what is ethical when it comes to selling vehicles is a bit skewed to say the least.

I bought my first car 2004 Honda Civic SI coupe from BB Auto sales and the car has been very reliable with no mechanical issues. The service was Excellent and it comes with a 90 days superior warranty. The sales people were understanding with great customer service. Am a happy customer and i will highly recommend anyone who wants to visit this dealership for any reliable car. The prices are good and they also help out people who are immigrants or with good, bad or no credit history. The manager is such an awesome guy and he is much willing to help out and work with you to find you the car based on your needs. Finally, all the other reviews i have seen didnt stop me from doing my own research and so far am happy with my car.

I bought a 1999 Acura EL in 2013 and the car is still serving me well going to school back and forth with no mechanical problem except for doing regularly service, this dealer bb auto sales provide great service and great attitude. Before making a purchase they will give you the opportunity to see the vehicle history report and make known to you all the declaration and dealer inspection report provided and get the car ready and make sure it is safe for the road. I will highly recommend anyone to check out this dealership if you want to buy a car. So far i have been recommending people from my community since then and they all seem to be happy customer.

I just bought a 2008 Honda Civic from this dealership 3 months ago and it still runs really good and smooth. This car has no problem at all and I am really happy with that. After reading some reviews, I do not understand why people bring their own car problems back to the dealership and asking for repair. What we purchased here are used cars and we should expect that there maybe some problems (minor/major) after. Anyway, again I am glad that I found myself a good car and I hope that I do not need to use the warrant in the future. I would recommend others to come to this place.

Take my suggestion. Dont buy any thing from them even though the price is good. They do put old parts on the car and they only give you the limited warranty which will only pay coupe hundreds dollars for your car repair. I just brought a 06 BMW 325i. I could not start the car after three days and I took it to the mechanics. They told me the repair fee is 2500. Its a terrible place, just dont go. If you insist to buy a car from them, make sure to buy the best warranty option.

The worst car dealer. He sold me a car at a very high price & gave me 3 months warranty. The car stopped working after 2 days itself & check engine light came after 1 month. He didnt gave a good response to it & when I force then he get it checked. However the engine light after 3 months & he said now its not under warranty, So I have to bear all the expenses. He really gave me a hard time. So I would say never ever go to this dealer. Beware of this dealer.

they need some honasty .... i dont understan when you have a dealer that sales cars . you should make sure your cars are running or they dont have problem. on my frist week i spent over $2400 that i paid you $7000 you told me everything is good .again you lied i went to return the car . the black guy that sold me the car . he said he will give back $ 5000 for the car i paid $ 7000 i wont advice any one to buy cars from them....

Beware of this dealer, he will try and seriously undercut you when trading in your car, and his prices are way overboard. I offered him a 2003 Grand Prix GTP Loaded with everything and he offered me 3500 saying "It was the book value" I laughed and pointed out the geo tracker I had parked right beside and noted the price tag of 7000. Hows that for book value ?

I bought a 1994 Honda civic from Shay (an Asian) guy about 18months ago. He was super nice with great customer and after sales service. The car is still running well with no issue. It is worth to come to this car dealer with quality used cars and quality customer service. I will go there again.

I recently made a purchase at this place - a great ride by the way. The salesman was a super nice guy. I cant remember his name (I think it started with J or something and was Asian) but he was super understanding! I would totally recommend it to others!
