Good price but No respect to customers concerns anymore. Always in hurry. No quality check. Mismanagement of customer time. I always used to get my car here because of their fair price and owner smiles and attention to my words. This time I get surprised very badly. I booked my appointment one week before and explained and ordered exactly what I wanted. At the day, they get my car and changed its oil without asking me (it should be changed at least one month later). Then charged me and freshly ordered parts and asked me to come back two hours later. I came back and waited there (in a cold weather) for about two hours for parts delivery. They get my car on Jack and did only basic things (and dropped some necessary things) in a very fast pace. When I addressed my concerns(safety and maintenance) they told me :(we know how to do our job). I shout up and paralysed (and of course absolutely convinced!!!). At the end when I asked for a tire air pressure check they did it so reluctantly which made me so disappointed. Finally there was not any apology at the end. I never have brought my car somewhere else (such a loyal customer I was) and I dont know if this is regular anywhere? If it is not, please introduce me a good one where its owner has a warm smile ready to offer, the costs is not more important then. Thanks

This shop inspected my car and gave me a quote for $555. Then they called to ask for more money and i explained i did not have more money to spend and to please not do any extra work. I arrived to find a $1,136 bill. I pleaded with them but they would not let my car out and didnt want to give my jacket either. I called the police. A staffer gave me my jacket. When police arrived all papers had been changed. The shop manager at first agreed to give me a copy of the paper we had signed which recorded what happened (in front of the officer) then refused. Seeing the incredible dishonesty i referred him to God and he wasnt scared of God. He had now changed my invOice to $1,161. He refused to let me take my car even though i had paid $790. To add insult to injury he caked me a liar for having told his worker that i had financial problems, 3 immediate family members with disabilitIes in my house and a brother with brain tumors. All that is true. BEWARE OF THIS SHOP!

$400 more than the dealership! Beware I brought my car to have my brake pads replacement. I received notice that my brake caliber was ceased and needed replacement at an additional $400 as the shop said they did not want to force the part open possibly damaging my car. I decided to cancel the job as I felt there was something wrong with this situation. I was still charged labour for the attempted replacement! I brought the car into Acura and they replaced my brake pads without any mention of a ceased caliber. The shop said maybe Acura was willing to risk forcing my calibers apart (without notifying me) I am not satisfied with this answer, especially after reading others review about dishonest business. The shop says they never lie to their customers. Also the customer service had a very negative attitude right from the beginning and the experience was overall horrible --- In response to your comment, I dont believe that things have changed at your business.

ROBERT FRY at 6984 Kingsway Burnaby Open Road Honda tried to screw me over on a timing belt adjustment by disrepecting the previous work done by Auto Service Depot and almost charging me full price to do it over again. After speaking with Auto Service Depot they arranged a tow from Burnaby Open Road Honda to their shop and warrantied all the repairs. Unfortunately Open Road Honda scammer mechanics along with ROBERT FRY began work on my car without my authorization and left my car engine in such disrepair and many missing engine parts when it arrived at Auto Service Depot. The guys at Auto Service Depot couldnt believe what happened at Burnaby Open Road Honda but stepped up and put every screw, bolt, belt, pulley and cover back to spec. These guys did right by me. Go to Auto Service Depot stay away from the dealerships.

Quite possibly worst experience ive ever dealt with. Brought my car in to these guys to get a minor oil leak fixed. I picked up the car the next day and drove 10 mins to find it was leaking oil even worse then when I originally brought it in. So i basically paid $500 to receive a worse oil leak. After immediately taking my car back to the shop they refused to take responsibility for the new leak and said it was nothing they had done. After agreeing on a fair price to fix the new leak I went to pick it up and the bill was way over the price we agreed upon. Now having to pay $1200 total to fix this leak I noticed the next day my car was still leaking oil...so i paid them $1200 for virtually nothing..DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE.

This bodyshop is a piece of junk! I asked for an oil change and they did not change the oil for me, instead, my wheel lock kits were stolen...They did not admit the thing that they have done and the owner wanted to punch me in my face while I went to argue. what a fking rage owner!!!!!! since the staffs work for the guy, they can not say anything or testify anything for me even when the cops came. This is the WORST body shop ever!!!!

These guys did a great job with my car. I had hit a curb and damaged one of my front tires. I also needed an alignment because of this. They were able to get me two new tires and do my alignment all for a price that couldnt be beat! I was very happy and relieved to have my Hyundai driving great once again. Thank you!

The service at Auto Service Depot is awesome! Ive taken my car there for all regular maintenance but they went out of their way to help me out when my alternator died. Theyve always been open and honest with me about the work that needs to be done on my car and are very reasonably priced. Thanks guys!

Took my Mercedes in for front brakes and an oil change. They were able to get me OEM parts with full warranty and at a cost that fit my budget. I was very happy with the experience from beginning to end. I was told the total cost before they began the work and my car was ready on time.

Ive been bring my car for servicing to Auto Service Depot for the past few years. Theyve always been very accommodating and the service has been great. Recently I discovered that theyre also a rental car affiliate and I was able to get a great rate on a moving truck!

I had my 2014 Honda Accord serviced here. I saved money by not taking in to honda and thats why switched over and do both my service type A and B at Service depot. They did a great job I stopped going to the dealership. Staff were friendly and the hours work for me.
