I rented a car through hot wire from National and at first I was not thrilled. It was winter and the vehicle had no washer fluid in it and I was on nearing the Coquihala. I had to double back and fill the fluid as to avoid a potential serious situation. I phoned National immediately and then again when I return my rental vehicle and the staff handled the situation very well to the point that they even sent me a card with a kitten on the front. They went above and beyond anything that I expected and the customer service was well above average. Other than the glitch I had upon the initial rental, I highly recommend National/Enterprise car rental at the Abbotsford airport.

It takes more than 5 minutes to reach to a real person after a long long long machine listening process. No way to contact the rental locations people, always got directed to call center outside of the country. The line quality of the "over sea" call center was poor, could hardly hear what they say and they cant help me at all. Next time I will rend from some other rental that cares to bring job to local Canadian.
