Started off nice and smooth. Needed a front right knuckle assembly for my personal car, a 06 Acura TL which was involved in a minor accident. They had the part listed on their inventory web and also confirmed over the phone that they had it ON SHELF ready to ship out. After confirming more than 5 times with Tom that this part IS compatible with my 06 model year TL i decided to go ahead with it. Great! ordered the part over the phone to get it delivered to a shop where my car was being worked on, with a promise of "next day delivery". Next day goes by and no delivery. I called Aldergrove Tom to ask what was going on with the order, only to be told that the part never made it on to their delivery truck but will go out tomorrow. Not a big deal and so I waited. Next day, same repeated process of no show continued and I called again only to be told the same answer - "it never made it on the delivery truck". At this point, my shop that was working on my car was starting get frustrated with the car taking up their work shop space. Tom promised next day delivery again and I patiently decided to wait. Next day came, around 1:30pm I was told by my shop that the part still hasnt shown up. Getting a bit anxious at this point i called Tom for some updates - "We have been busy and with the recent snowfall, we are very backed up and expecting delays", Well, I wasnt aware placing a medium size box/item into their daily morning delivery truck was such a hard task. Snow excuse also made no sense to me at all, as last snow fall was over 2 weeks ago and it has already melted away almost completely since then (Except for little patches here and there). At this point i was fed up, I told Tom that i am coming to Abbotsford from Coquitlam to pick up the part as i NEEDED it the same day. Drove out 45 minutes and I arrived. I was guided to the office where Tom was and had to wait another 15 minutes just to talk to him as their phone lines were ringing every 2 seconds. (Really? yard this big and 1 person answering the phone??) Tom finally hands me over the part, where luckily i caught onto their inventory tag on the item that read "1998 Honda Accord". I asked Tom why the tag read 98 Honda Accord. He brushes it off casually and says the Accord knuckles are the same as a 00-02 TL knuckle and that I shouldnt worry. Knowing that i am already screwed at this point, i tell him once again that my car is a 2006 (Next generation, Completely different bodystyle) and that we have walked through this 5 times together over the phone. He pauses, starts browsing his computer then admits that we did in fact agree that my vehicle is a model year 06. Wasnt the end of the world still, his inventory system displayed that they did have a 06 TL Knuckle in the yard still complete in their parts car. He then took me out to the yard where their 06 TL parts car was parked at. When we arrived to the car, the entire front end was already chopped off and not a hint of suspension components were even visible. At this point i was quite pissed off. He simply shrugged it off by saying it was a "Human Error" and then started to blame the bloody snow again by pointing out a small 2ft wide patch of snow pile next to him that has already melted to its last legs. I bring up my concerns with him saying how this has been a crap show since the beginning with the part not showing up on time. He then had the audacity to tell me that no one can make guaranteed promises and that I myself have prob broken a promise or two in the past. At this point i was done with the place. Not only did the place looked like a giant dump, but at the same time i was not even surprised how sloppy they were by how unorganized and dirty their place was - Cars scattered everywhere rotting away in the rain, Useless inventory system, 1 person answering the phone line. Doing due diligence by confirming multiple times for compatibility still didnt prevent me from wasting my time. Rude and unprofessional. Only if they apologized sincerely and owned up to their mistakes i wouldnt be sitting here writing this!

Ive been going to these guys for many years now. Steve is an automotive wizard, and always takes the time for me when I pull in. Anything that needs fixing gets done (usually same day, on the spot). Better prices, especially for Ford Focuss cant be found elsewhere. Theres an entire hill full of them above the garage theyll pull the parts from. They have a sister yard in Mission as well, so anything that cant be found there theyll call over for, and have it delivered. Its not plush, and the coffee while youre waiting truly sucks.. but its a wreckers, and I dont go there expecting anything but your car/truck fixed right, and without the horrendous bill youll get anywhere else.

Good people, if you go in with a good attitude they are happy to help prices are fair. And they have damn good inventory control. If they dont have a part they can usually find another wrecker with one. Have a great selection of subaru parts at all times it seams. I call them first when i need something. Ps asking to look around the lot is a nono there are serious liability issues with that. Also it makes their inventory harder to manage. Just look at walmart "oh i dont need this milk ill just leave it here with the crackers."

I have never written a review on google but I felt I had too for Aldergrove Autowrecking I needed a full replacement headlight for the truck and had asked if they had any in the yard, unfortuantly they didnt BUT they did offer to get me in a brand new headlight for HALF THE PRICE that otherw had offered me. They were super helpful and friendly over the phone and even sent it to Stave for me as Im from maple ridge. I felt they went over and beyond and I am very happy with their service!

Its an auto wreckers, they have parts of you need them. The people running the place are some of the rudest Ive ever encountered. They seemed to be honestly angry that I would bother to waste their time trying to buy parts off them. They were rude on the phone, dude in person, I spent 45 min sitting on a stool waiting for someone to help me grab a tire out of their tire pile. Id recommend going to Burnaby or somewhere else and dont waste your time.
