This place is full of complete idiots that will not replace their warrantied parts. They blame it on other things that make no sense to what is actually happening with the vehicle. Will never go back here in my life and would recommend a different shop or location. These guys just want to completely rip you off in my perspective. Please read story below for fairness. Under a year ago my vehicle had a terrible clicking sound in the front drivers tire and took it into ok tire in Lacombe ab to get it checked out. After inspection they said my universal joint had begun to go out and was making the clicking sound. So they replaced it and everything was great. Until about 11 months later that same terrible sound came back. I am very picky with my truck and any sound drives me crazy if it doesnt sound right, so I took it into the ok tire in Edson because I was working in the area and knowing that most parts replaced by ok tire has a 1 year warranty. After a free diagnosis I was told that the sound was my ball joints because they all have play in them. After questioning how that is possible for my ball joints to make that sound and calmly disagreeing and asking if the u joint could be double checked I was assured it was fine and I need to replace all upper and lower ball joints which is quite a big bill . Being 100% sure that noise was not my ball joints I went into the store to personally speak to the manager. After going in he continued to say he will not continue to look at my u joint and was trying to get me to replace my ball joints. After realizing I was not going to get through to this guy I asked if I had gotten a professional second opinion would they then replace their work. He assured me every real mechanic will give the same answer... After asking for my keys back because I was just getting frustrated and no where I took my truck to a dodge dealership because a friend is the manager for the service department. He quickly jacked it up and showed me how much play was in the u joint and I was absolutely baffled on how much it moved and how that could be "perfectly fine". Satisfied I then asked him to check my ball joints to see how bad they really were... they were in 100 up to spec with dodge. I called and explained my story to the Lacombe ok tire and they took my truck in and had it back the same day with a brand new u joint in it because it was worn out. And surprisingly enough the clicking is gone... Anyways I got a call from the same manager that shut me down after making this negative review and he seemed not very happy at all with me, and after explaining why I had written this review and how it did turn out to be the u joint he did apologize once. All in all Im avoiding this place

Excellent service! I experienced a tire failure close to Edson while driving my BMW from Edmonton to B.C. on holiday. Since BMW does not equip their cars with spare tires, I needed a replacement. None to be found in Edson (Trevor called the other tire shops to confirm). A new tire was shipped from the warehouse in Edmonton and 4 hours later I was on my way. Trevor even lent my family his personal car so we could go for lunch!

These guys and gal helped me out tremendously! My front tires had to be replaced, which they did and (as far as I know) they did a great job. Unfortunately, while I was there, my engine wouldnt start. They allowed me to use their phone to call CAA, which was nice, and overall they were just kind and helpful. Very happy with their service!

I went in to see if they had a tire and rim for my car. I was stranded and had called everywhere looking for what i needed. Travis went above and beyond when he could not find a tire or rim in his store. I think he even made a personal phone call to try to help me out. I was extremely grateful and impressed with the service he provided.

Wont ever go here again. Replacing parts that dont need to be replaced. When I asked what was wrong with the old ones they said they were all ripped and broken. I asked to see them and there was nothing wrong at all. Ill be going to fountain tire from now on.
