The trouble with 2008 F250 was a partially faulted Ford Factory Command Start. The door locks were operable but the start function would not fully engage the system. The start function would honk the horn, lock the doors, and engage the radio but not actually start the truck. The problem was determined to be an $1100 fix, which was decided against. To determine the problem I was billed $150. The service personnel were kind and polite. The problem still exists and I am $150 short, looking for more economically reasonable aftermarket options, at local shops. 5 stars for the service folks. 1 star for the outcome.

I was in the market for a used SUV and had contacted several dealerships in the province. Jerry Ford was by far the best choice. I was dealing with both Dave and Colin - they both really went the extra mile to make sure I got what I wanted and was thoroughly happy. This was my first car buying experience at Jerry Ford and I would definitely return to purchase in the future based on the caliber of service and their knowledgeable staff. The people up front are pleasent to deal with but every time I had my truck in, something goes wrong. Unbelievable that a service department could be this bad. After first sevice of new truck, "technician" forgot to close the air filter housing. On a different occasion, they ordered the wrong winter tires and then could not get the ones they said they could. Finally, I took the truck back for a recall repair on the brakes, got it back without a functional command start.

Jodi has always been helpful when I call in to book a service, always knows what vehicles we have and has the details ready, when moses has inspected and service Is done, which always has been finished in a timely manner, I get an immediate call and any issues we have are discussed as to go ahead with new work or if everything is ok. I always recommend to others to bring their vehicles there. the inspections and reports have always been detailed and thorough by moses.

Our family just purchased a 2017 Escape SE at Jerry Ford. We just came in "looking" and by the end of the day Neils patience in sales and Megans knowledge in finance along with Melanies expertise and "Pull" as a Rep from Ford Canada, we drove away with a Beautiful vehicle in the price point we wanted and also the color we wanted. The truck that we were looking to purchase ended up being sold. The Sales associate went out of his way to find a similarly equipped truck and had it in their yard the next day. Turned out to be a bit cheaper. Felt pressured to purchase add-ons, insurance, extended warranty, maintenance plans, etc. The wife is happy, so Im happy!

I had an amazing experience on bringing my vehicle in for Service. Jodi is so awesome and very easy to deal with she helped me on my wind noise concern on my vehicle. Dylan was kind enough to verify and find the necessary steps to fix it quickly and it was much appreciated. I am completely satisfied and will definitely come back.

Well. At first I wasnt to happy that I was going to be charged $120.00 + tax to get a tire taken off and remove a rock from the brake. But to make a long story short the service department did a great and efficient job. And I wasnt charged a thing. Thanks Jerry Ford. You will be recommended after this one
