Our Class C Motor home wouldnt start, so we had it checked by a garage in Edson. They said: the starter and solenoid need to be replaced, but we dont have time to do that, go to Fountain Tire. So we did, and we gave the guy (Johnny) that message. He said: Well, they might not need to be replaced, let me check it out first thing tomorrow. (we came in just before closing time). He did, he gave it a thorough cleaning, tested to see if it worked, and the problem was solved! And he did all this for a very reasonable price. Im so grateful that he didnt rip us off - he easily could have, since Im not a local, plus I would have believed him if he said these parts needed to be replaced. Thanks so much guys!

Be very careful of where you park! The manager is a complete lunatic! The lot was completely empty, parked & waited for shop to open. Manager drove up, flashed lights, drove around the lot, came back and flashed lights again. Then got out of his Fountain Tire truck, and proceeded to swear, yell & scream about being parked in his spot! Are you kidding me? The whole parking lot was empty! Trying to calm the situation, went inside, asked what the problem was, only to be told he didnt need our f**cking business, and other colourful remarks, as he flipped on light switches in a rage. This man is a nutcase! Needless to say, the truck got new tires at Cal Tire, they did a great job, and no swearing!

I had called in 25 minutes before they close and I spoke to fella named Tony. I apologized for it being so close to closing but asked if the could install and balance so winter tires for me.tony did not sound impressed but agreed to do it for me if I was to come there. I drove across town and got to fountain tire 10 minutes before they closed and he tells me I will have to pay a hundred and something for after hours charges... Thats not what I was told on the phone and dont appreciate the way I was treated. I would not recommend this business to any one!! I will take my 40 dollars a tire to kaltire or even wallmart. Thanks for nothing fountain tire.

Staff got me in quick for a mileage checkup and they were friendly and efficient. Ive also been there other times where theyve helped sort out other issues from figuring out that the low tire pressure warning was from the spare tire on the back. And theyve also helped a friend of mine coming through town who needed an emergency tire change on his old trailer.

My boat trailer wheel bearing went and it ruined the axle making it a bigger job. Johnny and Doug did a great job and went above the call of duty to help me and get my boat rolling and home for me. Very happy with their customer service. I recommend them to anyone needing mechanical help.

Ujoint started to fail in the Mountains, had to make it back to Manitoba over the long weekend. Fountain Tire Edson got us in on a Friday of a long weekend at 4, fixed everything perfectly and charged a very reasonable rate. Thanks so much for the great experience.
