I just want to rave about the staff at Edsons Chrysler location, because they really helped me out last weekend. I drove to Edson to visit my boyfriend who is working on the rigs there, and didnt realize I had a blown out headlight. My drive was a little stressful as I couldnt see well, or I was blinding others with my high beams. I bought some new headlights but learned the hard way, after visiting two mechanic shops, that I couldnt replace them myself, and my car would have to be hoisted up in order to do it (!!). I also learned that the driver side headlight had simply become unplugged. There was no way I was bothering my boyfriend to do any of this: I had to get it done before he got off work, since, he can only stay awake for a few hours after work! The kind, compassionate staff at Edson Chrysler hoisted up my car, re-attached my headlight, put it all back together, AND they even installed the other windshield wiper that I couldnt figure out myself. THEN, they didnt even charge me! I dont know what the fella from Integra said on the phone, but he spoke to Morgan at the front, sent me over, and Edson Chrysler just absolutely made my whole day, and restored my faith in humanity in general. What a kind, sweet group of people. Thank you Edson Chrysler!!!!! You made my trip way safer and way better!!!

The staff and service was phenomenal, especially Trish. We broke down on the side of the road on a Sunday. After being towed to their location, these guys got our vehicle in instantly and took an hour to diagnose the problem (we own a GMC truck).They told us exactly what the issue was and gave us their honest opinion on how to rectify the issue (which wasnt to spend hundres of dollars to fix it right then). Our bill was less than what we were expecting, which was a nice surprise. If we are ever in Edson and need a hand we will not hesitate to come back.

Excellent service! I dropped my vehicle off at 8:00am on a Saturday morning & was told the part I needed wouldnt be in until the following Tuesday, which really wasnt a long wait. They ended up finding the part in Edmonton, went & got it, & had my vehicle fixed within 12 hours! Awesome people!! :-)
