The parts department has been nothing but frustrating. On 3 separate occasions I have gone in there to try and order both parts or tires. It was with sheer laziness that the staff gave up after only 30 seconds of searching for the products. When I went to order tires, they insisted the tires I was looking for werent available in the size I needed, even though I had looked them up online prior to going in. He said there was no such size and there was nothing he could do to help me. I went to the tire store across the street and gladly gave them my money because they ordered the tires, no hassle. I also went in to get a battery for an ATV. After waiting what seemed like 10 years for someone to help me, I was told they dont carry ATV batteries. That was it, nothing they could do to help me. I was furious. They have every other type of battery in there, so it seemed strange to me. I drove to Wal-Mart and bought one there instead, no wait, no hassle, it was simple. I shouldve just gone there to begin with I guess. Today, I called to order a pair of Rancho quick lift struts. I looked up all the part numbers online and had them ready to go so she could just look them up quick. The lady looked for 20 seconds and said there is no such product available anymore. I told her I saw them online and she insisted Canadian tire DOESNT carry these anymore and there was nothing she could do to help me.... AGAIN. That was it, "discontinued," and she was sticking to that. I called Hinton for a second opinion and within 2 minutes the lady had them ordered for me. SOOOO sick of getting no help here. I dont think Ill be going back to the parts department ever again. Its pretty sad when you have to drive all the way to the Hinton Canadian Tire because Edsons staff cant do their job. Its really too bad because they are losing out on a lot of money. If its happening to me, how many others is it happening too? Im done wasting my time with these people.

I was really looking forward to going somewhere else other than Wallmart or independent for garden plants but when I went to Canuck tire and saw the prices they were charging I was really shocked, Way overpriced! Come on 25 for a basket?!?!?! wallmarts 10 -19 bucks for the same thing. And I was sad to see the pots were wayyyy too much, I can get whats 14.99 for 8 bucks at wallmart. As far as other necessities goes, its all right, I thought Timber Jack was bad but am actually shopping there more, for my screws nuts bolts etc... Im sad to say the prices are pretty high, but then Im sure they know its an hour drive either direction to get to the next store right?

Staff here have always been helpfull, but it can be hard to find someone when it gets busy. Handy to have a Marks here as well. The only real weakness is that it is a small location, but they do try to keep a bit of everything onhand.

Smallest Canadian Tire Ive ever been to, barely has any stock and never has everything in the flyer. Ordering stuff takes for ever as well if it comes in at all.
