I bought my truck there in October heard a lot of ppl say dont go there they are rip off or scammers and whatnot. My buddy was gonna get a referral check if I bought from there. Seemed good at first till u sign the papers. I got a older sales guy that looked crooked already he rotten teeth and all to add to the scummy sales man look Gord was his name . Asked them to put box liner in, running boards, and new deck, and leather seats and get the road rash fixed. They used a paint pen to fix the road rash and the paint was off the next week again argued with me and wouldnt fix it. Went up to ralcom to get my Sat radio hooked up. And they got me a deck that was not even compatible. And the leather seats cost $1700 and I have 20,000 km on the truck since I bought it and had the leather put in it and its already cracking and wearing. Go to a reputable dealer in town Ford, Dodge, Gm this way you know thay have minimum standard to follow and not a back yard dealer. There all better then western auto

the customer service was great I liked my salesmen alot ( Bill ) however within a week the vehicles clear coat paint came off & a wheel bearing went & they became difficult to deal with. They never told us it had been in an accident (and still deny it since they dont consider hitting a curb and having to replace an engine mount and sway arm an accident>???????) our warranty was completely void because of this accident as well... after 1 day the wheel bearing went & they did pay for that, but still refused to even help with the 3000 paint job the car needed. I wouldnt buy frm here again
