Absolutely love my ford F350. As for the dealership Im on the fence as they said there were some issues with the truck, like the air conditioner needed to be replaced which they were going to charge us 3200.00 to fix it. As we were leaving Whitecourt my husband was driving behind me and noticed a belt fly out from underneath the truck. We brought it to the mechanics at my work and all the air conditioner needed was a 40.00 belt. So not sure why they couldnt just replace the belt??? Also the sales man that we dealt with made me feel that I didnt know what I was talking about and would basically only talk to my husband and that makes me angry as this truck was going to be for me to pull the 5th wheel with!! All in all I dont believe we will shop at this dealership again!!!!!

Horrible. I use this truck for work and earn a good part of my income with it. Had the truck towed in because it wouldnt start in October. They charged me $260 and didnt fix it, so I have been changing fuses on the road. Finally got to the point where it burned out fuses immediately so I had it towed back again. Took 6 days to get a starter and when my wife picked it up it started ONCE! Left her stranded downtown and the service department didnt even offer her a ride home. I am still very upset. It appears what I needed was some wiring replaced. Your going to have to go a long long way in that service department before you sell me another Ford.

Had a bad experience today with a tire rotation on my dully they put my back scuffed up rims from my duals on the front instead of transfering the rubber:( ended up scratching my front rims:( they gave me back my money and switched them back the way they were cause they had no time to do it right. The tire pressures were different in the tires by 10 lbs, mud on the inside of the rims was not cleaned, they never put on caps on the value stems. They also checked my front end and my U joints that I thought was an issue they said it was GOOD

Wonderful shopping, financing and purchasing experience. Prices were posted on all vehicles and had enough time to browse before the salesman came to chat with us. He answered all our questions and didnt try to talk us into spending more than we had planned. We got the truck we wanted for a great price and delivered to us in no time at all.

We have always received excellent service from Sales (Dan Tookie) and from the service department. Spruceland offers quick and economical oil changes and their staff are courteous and helpful. Spruceland offers a free shuttle service to and from your choice of stops if you dont have time to just wait for your vehicle.

Not impressed that we have to return to the dealership multiple times to have an issue repaired that Ford has been dealing with for over 10 years. Expedition tailgates have been rusting and an eye sore for years and they still cant get them figured out.
