Beware of this company. Terrible customer service and NO respect for clients. After 2 weeks of getting a kenwood deck stereo installed in my car it broke...and they acknowledged the stereo they installed seemed faulty so they "fixed it", within 2 weeks the stereo stopped working again. By this time I was moving to BC and was actually going to come all the way back to fort mcmurray for them to fix it and they kept giving me the run around. I kept getting told to take it to the manufacturer to get it fixed which would require me to take the deck out myself which if I knew how to do that I wouldnt have had to go to a company to install one for me. Any reasonable company would replace the broken product they sold me and deal with the manufacturer directly. No remorse, not even an apology. Ive never asked for a refund I just wanted a working stereo In my vehicle. Now Im left with no radio, so I drive in silence. Ridiculous. Please consider this before you go to this company.

Needed an accessory to program remote start for car. They said they have it but "didnt feel like looking for it right now and to call back Monday". Terrible customer service provided that its -40 out. Found the part online in Ontario, will never shop here again. They also never bothered to call when the first part we ordered came in.

Nice and polite staff, had them do a remote start and a touchscreen unit put in my truck and was very pleased with the quality. I will be back for any other upgrades I decide to do thats for certain.

I got a 2 way car starter here for $950... I could have gone to audio dezigns and got one with the same features for $200 less
