I was told by numerous friends not to even drive through their parking lot. I read terrible after terrible online reviews, but I still bought a vehicle from this dealership. And I regretted my decision right away.. I bought a 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 and I had them do additional modifications to the truck. I was told by the accessory guy that it would effect anything directly related to the modification, in this case a 6" lfit. He made it seem relatively minor, and so did my salesperson. They said that they look after their customers that buy directly from them and would work with me if anything went wrong. That seemed perfectly fine, but once the paperwork was signed I dealt with financing and one of the first things he said, "That I have virtually no warranty on a 70,000 truck!" He pretty much said my modifications void all my factory warranty. After back and fourth I ended up paying 3800.00 for an additional warranty to cover my lift and I only have to pay a deductible to use it each time. Great deal... They ordered all my additonal parts, most show up within three or four days as they suggested. I was told my rims would come from California and would take 5-7 business days. After back and fourth contact for two plus weeks they realize that they have no idea where my rims are? They assumed that they actually were never ordered in the first place. They reorder my rims and do put a rush on it, but it still takes almost a full month to get them to the dealership from the date I bought my vehicle. They arrive finally and I come down fully expecting that after all this that Id be able to be squeezed in. The service guy didnt give one damn about my problem. I walk out and talk with the the Extreme accessory guy, this is a different one then the previous guy who placed my original order, who no longer works with the dealership. He manages to get them to fit me in, but Id have to leave the vehicle overnight. I end up just going to Kal-Tire and having my rims/tires completely installed and out the door 2 hours later.. A week or two before my rims arrived I had them install a set of RBP running boards. Everything seemed fine and they were extremely quick with the install. But after getting larger tires I had problems with them catching the boards. I end up zip cutting couple inches off the front to make clearance for the larger tires. After looking closer I realize that they put the passenger running board on the driver side and vice-versa. They still required a slight modification, but now they were caught at both ends because of the wrong install. I ended up just taking them off and reinstalling myself.. I pretty much paid them to install my running boards wrong and I just corrected the work because its easier then dealing with them.. I still frequent the dealership only because of their main accessory guy who has been excellent throughout the entire process and is very knowledgable.

Do not go to this dealership the service department is horrible. If they DAMAGE your vehicle they will not fix it plus other reasons I own a truck that is still under warranty that has had many issues with it, so have had to use the service department many times. They very rarely ever get the vehicle into the shop the same day the appointment is booked, it is usually 2 days minimum and has been up to 3 days on multiple occasions, this is just to look at the vehicle doesn’t include the time they have to fix it. I complained to the service manager about better scheduling so that I can bring the vehicle in the day they are able to look at it he pretty much told me thay cant manage their time properly so they aren’t able to do that. Every mechanical shop ive used other than this one knows how to schedule there time and will get the vehicle in the same day. One of the recent times they were fixing my vehicle there mechanic scratched the inside of the driver side plastic panel with their feet and put 3 scratches on it. I told them about it they took pictures and since I had to come back for another visit to fix something else they would try to buff it and if it didnt work they would order parts to fix it. So after I brought it back to fix the scratches I called the person at the service desk and was told they buffed it out but couldn’t tell me if it was fixed. They didn’t even know when giving me my truck back if they fixed there damages (sad). They buffed 1 scratch out and there was still 2 more, I picked the truck up after hours so I couldn’t deal with it then. I called them the next day, I was told they would figure out where to go from here. I never received a call back, called them the next day and was able to talk to someone and they asked if I wanted it fixed I told them yes. I called them again 2 weeks (maybe longer) asking what was going on, heard some kind of excuse as why I didn’t receive a call. I called again 2-3 weeks later and found out it was a new service manager so he would look into it, never received a call back. I then put a complaint in to Chrysler about this dealership and got them to give a curtsy call and never received a call back from them again. I haven’t been able to go to the dealership in person because I have been too busy but they are giving me the runaround and are a horrible dealership, stay far away from them.

I live in Beaumont Alberta and was shopping around for a new truck plus trading my old one in. When i called i happened to get a sales person by the name of Kolbey on line. He didnt pressure me what so ever and that i appreciated very much as that is my pet peeve with sales ppl. Pressure sales is always a no sale in my books. So this chap asked what i was looking for got all the detail from me and made a few suggestions. Then he left me alone to decide which unit if any i would prefer. This fella called me a day later and gave me #ers on what i would be looking at as payments and all. Well from what he offered no one else at any other dealership gave me those kinds of #ers. most of them were giving higher #ers and stating that thats the best they can do and that i wont find a better deal anywhere else and so come down to dealership so we can lock in the prices. Its a good thing Kolbey had called and gave me true deal #ers. He didnt give me a chance to haggle because his price was already a great deal. When i mentioned to the other dealerships of the $ i was getting with out even asking for it they stated that they could do better. Well guess what , a little late in my books. I play the honesty game and for once i get one of those sales persons who gave me that honesty i ve been deprived of. I bought my truck 2 days later and i am a happy camper. Thank you Kolbey for once making a difference in a customers life whom disliked sales persons and there pressure sales and false promises. And the real kicker here is that i later find out that Kolbey isnt even a sales person he is GM or something up there. I ve never seen a GM of a store take so much time out of his day to help a customer find a unit. Now thats class and i bet he teaches his sales persons to have that same kind of service. I know he does bec the fincance lady whose name is Mildred bent over back words and had to do alot of this and that to make it all happen. Very pleasing to speak with and professional all the way. Hell they even registered my truck and paid for the registration. They didnt have to do that and most of them wouldnt have. Thank you Legacy and i hope everyone that comes to your location gets that VIP treatment that i got.
