Not impressed at all... I bought a set of tires and rims at Kal Tire in Edmonton (on 104th ave) and they werent balanced properly. So since I had to drive back to Fort Mac that day, I took my car to that branch instead of going back to Edmonton. I couldnt take an appointment to get it done, they had squeeze me in some time during the day. So I had to leave my car there THE WHOLE DAY to get my wheels balanced, very convenient!! .. Then they said it would be ready some time around 6pm and they would call back. That obviously never happened. I had to call back at 6:00, only to find out that they were closed. But thats not the worse part, the job wasnt even done right. Soon as I took the car on the highway, it started shaking again. So I went back AGAIN, and left the car there the whole day, got it back at 9:00 pm, and AGAIN the job wasnt done properly. Now I have to go back to the branch where I bought the tires & rims in Edmonton and Im returning them. Honestly, I am very disappointed by the quality of their service, but I give you 10 for TRYING.

Absolutely outstanding, and genuine customer service!! The low pressure signal had flashed up on my vehicle for the past week. I put air in all 4 but noticed the rear passenger wasnt retaining it. I drove up yesterday at around 4:30pm they took my truck straight in. I had a bead leak on the rear passenger side and they not only repaired that but they put sealant on all 4 to prevent me from having to come back ALL with NO charge just over an hour, whereas most dealers youd be leaving it overnight & would leave a hole in your wallet. All you have to do is buy their hard wearing, excellent quality tires and any repair job that occurs along the way, the technicians perform generally for free! 12 years Ive been coming here and the guys at this location never ever fail to disappoint!! Always very accommodating, professional and not condescending towards women which is so refreshing. Thanks again for taking care of me and my vehicle Ill always recommend Kal Tire to anyone and be a returning customer! : ) Keep up the great work! Ruth

PLEASE KAL TIRE MAKE THINGS RIGHT FOR ME THAT THIS GARAGE SCREWED UP TODAY. AFTER ORDERING AND PAYING FOR TIRES AND WHEELS IN SEPT. TRIED TO HAVE THEM PUT ON OCT.28 2013. ON OCT 30 WENT TO PICK UP MY 2013 FORD EXPLORER WRONG WHEELS AND TIRES. TIRES TO BIG WHEELS WRONG COLOR . THE TIRES DAMAGE MY EXPLORER. THE SALESPERSON SAID SOMEONE GOT MY WHEELS AND TIRES INSTALLED ON THERE TRUCK BY MISTAKE.THIS 4 TIMES I TRIED TO GET TIRES /WHEELS FROM THERE TWICE THEY PUT WRONG WHEELS ON MY TRUCK. MY EXPLORER WAS FULL OF DIRT AND GREASE WHEN WE GOT IT BACK. MY WIFE AND I CAME AWAY VERY DISAPPOINT WITH THE SERVICE WE GOT TODAY . HAD TO GO SOMEWHERE TO GET TIRES TODAY. ITS TIME FOR SOME OTHER DEALER TO SALE NOKIAN TIRES IF YOU CAN NOT LIVE UP TO YOUR WORD CLOSE SHOP. A UNHAPPY CUSTOMER WYATT BURTON.

was quoted 120.00 for tire changeout a couple of weeks before i actually went up. i was charged 300.00 because i did not buy the tires there, and was told they are new tires and was harder to install. right then i gave up because of the BULLSHIT answer , i knew what i was dealing with. have been going to this place for years but no more, the last time i had to have the flat repaired 3 times before it was right. actually Ponoka shop finally did it right. gave you people a second chance but no more. i can see why people gave it a low rating. they also destroyed my socket for removing the locking lugs because they put a impact gun on it. out more money for new lugs and new socket

I hate to write anything poor about a company, but please be warned...I have had 2 vehicles literally destroyed by the mistakes made by this kal-tire, the first was a limited production vw r32...the wheels were torqued with an impact gun, cracking the lugs...wheel fell off while driving and the entire front driver side of the car was ruined, 7 weeks later the identical thing occurred to my Toyota Tacoma while driving, same wheel, same time frame, same shop...torqueing lugs with impact guns...on the wall of the shop a sign reads "all lug nuts must be hand tightened", clearly they do not follow their own policies, resulting in 20k+ damage and 2 devalued vehciles

Ive been taking my car there to have summer/winter tires with rims swapped out for three years. Of course this is a very hectic time for these hard working guys with everyone wanting to change their tires for the season. Yes - I had to drop the car off and there was uncertainty as to when it would be ready but they always had them on the same day...free of charge. We will buy our tires from Kal Tire and feel weve had great service.

Garbage. First time I went there I got my winter tires installed. They are a directional tire and kaltire had put them on backward... Then I noticed some studs missing and wen I went back, a week later, they wouldnt warrantee the tire because it was on backward. Then today I went in and was told 1.5 hours for my tires to be balanced. 2 hours later my truck still wasnt even in the shop. Never going there again.

Only reason theyre still in business is due to all the oil companies fleets that require servicing. Their customer service is almost non-existant. Last year, they didnt properly torque my wheels after having my summers put on. Wheels couldve fallen off. This year, ordered the wrong set of winter tires. All in all, done with Kal Tire. Can only take so much pain.

I called in for a quote on some tires already knowing how much it roughly should be. They asked me to come there, which is a good 16min drive from where I live so I called an Edmonton kal tire dealer to find out that the tires are not even in stock anywhere in Canada and they are back ordered. So these guys would have wasted my time and fuel.

I had a great experience with the team at Kal Tire. They were able to get my work done in the time they specified and beyond expecrations. I was please to find out that they did a full inspection and filled any fluids which were low! I will definitely be sending them any and all business in the future! Cheers!

We had a bad bulge on a front tire sidewall. It was very dangerous. We called Kal tire and they got us in straight away. It took no more than 45 minutes. We were very happy with their service. And to make our day even better. They did all the work for no charge. Now thats what I call service.

Miserable place and people. Disorganized, shoddy workmanship. Slowest possible service. Its mind boggling how they are still in business. Im embarrassed to say Ive been here more than once for minor things. At least I never bought tires from them. Thank God. Thank yourself for not going here.

I was having issues dealing with legacy dodge regarding a warranty issue that was never resolved. I brought my vehicle here for a second opinion and the mechanic has been beyond helpful. I would happily pay out of pocket for the service here over getting warranty work from Legacy any day.
