My first experience here was defiantly 5 star service. The next time I went in I had to get an inspection done on my 2005 GMC Savana which I knew was going to fail. After it failed, the lady from service came to me and explained everything clearly to me about what the van needed. I said ok lets go ahead and fix it, but they didnt have the parts until the following day. Totally understand. Took the following day off work and was told that it should only be a 4 hour fix. I was there the next day at 10am which the appointment was for. Dropped the van off and was going to wait so I decided to go for breakfast down the road thinking that would waste some time. About 1030 I get a phone call saying the van will be a while yet so for me to come and get a service loaner. So once I was done breakfast I walked back to the dealer. Got the service loaner and did a bunch of running around. Decided to go home. Around 3 I figured I would head back to Strathmore and do some more running around. Around 4pm I got a call from the service dept explaining that the can would not be ready until tomorrow morning as the van was giving them issues. I told them that it had to be done that day because it was my work van and I could not take another day off work. She said ok I will talk to the mechanic and let you know. 530 rolls around and I have no phone call. I call in and they say "oh sorry service is now closed." What the hell?! You have my van ! No one could figure out what happened. Got a call the next morning saying my van was ready after I got in a load of trouble from work for taking another half day off. The dealerships explanation was ... " I guess we dropped the ball" I understand things happen but when you tell me youre going to call me back and then dont I get very pissed. Never going back there and no wonder GM is in the toilet !

Hallelujah! After my Camaro was abused by 2 other GMC service departments thankfully Chris & his team took care of an issue that took me over 7 trips to 2 dealers and extremely poor results to get an absolute perfect fix! I received regular updates, even photos of damages caused by previous service departments. Chris has all the panels replaced, parts brought in overnight and I left overjoyed and absolutely thankful. My advisor Terry even got a hug, which is totally out of my character. I highly recommend this dealership especially if you drive a Camaro or Corvette, they are well taken care of! Client for life!

Dont try to have them do something as simple as clearing the codes on your vehicle computer. A 2 minutes job requires booking 2 days ahead. I unknowingly pulled the ABS fuse with the ignition key forward resulting the brake warning light and the abs light staying on, just want them to clear it with no help from them. He insisted that they need to diagnose it while I know full well whats happening.

This will be the second vehicle Ive purchased at Strathmore Motor Products! My first car was great but unfortunately was stolen. When I came to the team to see what I could do, they worked with me step by step with insurance, financing and into a new vehicle. They have fantastic customer service that I cant say enough about. Brought the truck in for a tire rotation on a 3500 HD dully and they only moved the rear outside tires to the front and front to the back. Never moved the rear inner tires. Didnt even adjust the tire pressures. That is not what I would expect from a service department. I will not be giving them my business again, there not reliable. The Tech that did the rotation is #3737.

Great Service and very down to earth. Our Vehicle died on us and we needed new wheels. Patrice, James and Mike gave us more for our now broken vehicle then CMP in Calgary offered us when the vehicle was still driving fine. We bough a used Van in great condition and it became our pre-Christmas gift. Best GM Dealer I have been to.

My husband and I purchased a vehicle from SMP at the beginning of 2016. A few months later, our vehicle stopped working and SMP let us know that we would need to replace the engine. They were fantastic in dealing with and the replacement of the engine cost us nothing.

Used Truck was listed as loaded, and purchased sight unseen. After the purchase and delivery it was recognized that the truck was a base model. The offer from them to correct this was to pay for 1/2 of a back up camera 250.00.
