I would never, ever go to this location again. The lady there was rude to me and they tried to charge me $10 a tire to rotate my summer tires on and winter tires off even though I purchased my winter tires and rims at Kal. I have used Kal Tire in Calgary for 8 years and was never charged to change the tires as one set was purchased there. I told her that it was my understanding that the policy was that you only had to purchase one set of tires to receive the free changeout (who has the need to buy a set of all seasons when you drive a new vehicle every 3 years?) and she was very argumentative and called her zone manager in front of me to try to prove me wrong. I emailed two of the top executives at Kal tire and it was confirmed that the policy was as I understood it and I shouldnt have had to pay for the tires to be changed. Go to any Kal Tire in the city if you want exceptional service and to avoid paying a fee that shouldnt be charged.

Crooks!!! I will no longer conduct any business with any Kal Tire. Called about 10 min before closing with 2 flats. They sent out the service truck about 20 km from town and repaired the tires but did not receive an invoice. I was told someone would call the next day which didnt happen, when I called a couple times to get the cost I kept getting "sorry, havent gotten to it yet". No wonder, 5 days later got invoice in mail for over $300. Clear cut case of taking advantage of someone in a pickle. Should of taken a few minutes to read the reviews, doesnt look like Im the only one they are taking advantage of.

Was given excellent, no hassle, no pressure recommendations in getting a new set of all season tires. They are the best tires I have owned and their service in getting them installed and balanced was excellent. I have since been in on several occasions for a tire rotation and balance, often as just a walk in an have always been able to drop my car and its done by the end of the day. I have however had to deal with some unpleasant staff and them getting mud in the car or grease on my steering wheel and shifter. However the service by the owners is too notch and I will continue to go here for my tire needs.

I dont know how they manage to stay in business. I will never bother to consider Kal Tire again. I ordered two tires, which were to take three days to arrive. That was extended to five. Then another two days into the following week. When I called to follow up again, I was told it would be another 9 days because of a shipping error. I called a tire store in the city and had them in two hours. Theyve lost my business and if anyone mentions that they need tires, I will certainly tell them not to waste their time here. Poor service. Poor communication. Indifference. Not a great combination.

I went here for a flat tire, the other mechanic place I went to said it was nothing but Kal Tire actually found a nail in the tire. THANK GOD! I was on my way to medicine hat for work and these folks saved me big time. They did everything so fast and customer service was amazing. Thank you guys :)

we bought 2 sets of tires there on both our vehicles. My husbands truck tires wore out after 60 000km. My tires had a blow out after 60000 km as well and my husband was offered an $80 discount. The service is poor

The people here are the best. They are all very acomadating and worked well with my schedule. Lori is a shining star and runs a tight ship. I highly recommend this store. All work done right in a timely manner.

Do not use these unqualified blank blank blanks.. they will charge you repeatedly and make the problems worse, and had no issues when I brought my truck in for a simple rotation

Took my horse trailer here to get new tires. The manager Tim was very helpful and got the tires on in the time that was promised. Would return to this location again.
